Error code 401 still disturbs me a week already and im sure that this stuff not come from my bank .. plz give me an answer

This is a help article for common error codes people can encounter when attempting to pay for stuff on the Mog Station with a credit card. Try the suggestions in the article under the 401 section and see if that works out for you.

Many things can cause this payment error. I have escalated this to the correct department. You should be able to successfully use your card 24 hours from the last time you tried. In the mean time you can try to use pay pal to purchase Crysta. If the issues persists I would like to suggest contacting support directly.
To reach our live chat support please follow the steps below.
1. Visit the SQUARE ENIX Support Center at http://support.na.square-enix.com/
2. Select FINAL FANTASY XIV as the game title.
3. on the next screen click on "Contact".
4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.
5. Next, type a basic description of your inquiry in the "Contact details" section and click "Next".
6. on the following page click "Next" again. Ignoring any Knowledge Base Suggestions that may apply.
7. Provided your contact is during SQUARE ENIX Support Center's hours of operation, you should see a Chat Support option. Click "proceed to chat support" to initiate contact with one of our Chat Support Representatives.

I've done this atleast 7 times and only recieve 1 email like a guild common list for all people who occur this problem or something else

I have similar issue.
Today my subscription automatic renewal failed.
I went to MogStation and successfully fixed subscription itself.
But if I try to pay for my 6 retainers, I get this:

So why subscription payment works but anything else doesn't?

I also tested with another credit card from another bank and another type (VISA instead of MasterCard). Got same errors.
Please fix =(
Omg the fault of purchase still persist
And u know.. i already tried 4 of my card : visa,master,debit and jbc all of them didnt work
I sure can wait about mogstation items, but what I suppose to do without access to 6 retainers? >.<
Many situations like this have been occured but why dose SE fixx this? I wonder
