loot gone

Hello. Today I cleared sigmascape savage v6 for the first time. However, I did not get the tome nor was able to loot any gear. The clear was around 22:15 GMT+1 time. Can you give me at least the tome I suppose to get?

You cant do the savages out of order. Not even just step in. If you do you forfeit all loot, including pages.

Well, this is crazy. They are not even connected with each other. And you can clear normal mode separately just fine. I mean this is just 2 separate raids. It is like lock you from any savage loot for clearing Byakko ex.

Yes, I am new to savage raiding. In HW I have done only normal and in 4.1 I have cleared deltascape v1 savage when loot restrictions were removed. I have rechecked official description of the loot rules in game and there is no information that you have to clear one after another to get loot. How do I suppose to know such things then?

Before entering the raid, if you didn't clear the previous one, a window warn you about that before accepting the duty.

from the patch notes:
Rewards

Treasure coffers that appear upon completing Omega: Sigmascape (Savage) will yield gear.

If your party contains players replaying an area prior to the weekly reset, the number of treasure coffers appearing upon completion will decrease. Furthermore, players will be ineligible for rewards from treasure coffers as well as Sigmascape datalogs when replaying an area prior to the weekly reset.
* If there are one to four players in your party replaying an area, only a single treasure coffer will appear. If there are five to seven players in your party replaying an area, no treasure coffers will appear.

if you entered a higher floor then go back to a previous one you are considered cleared. you normally cannot enter a higher floor without progression first so someone else took you in to a higher floor. only when loot/progression is unlocked is when you can freely farm gear and tokens. this typically does not happen until the next patch.
