Please give us a timeframe or date for individual housing

I’ve been waiting for almost 3 years to buy a house and since most free companies (at least on my sever) our buying bigger houses or do not want smalls please just give us a timeframe or release the individual housing the suspense is killing me :p

I waiting 2 years.. Yesterday i take holiday in work to buy small house.. but i see wchat happend in serwer and forum, someone do fix FC and buy small house :/ where is the justice? SE don't give any time and data when priv players can buy house, only we have empty plots...

I will bump this. I have quite a few fc mates eyeing up the like 10 smalls in our ward and other wards. Most are newer to the game and are perfectly happy with a small.

Do realize there have been hundreds of empty plots on Sarg over the last 3 years from auto demo? If you've been waiting 3 years thats your own fault for not knowing how to find a plot easier. I usually found a plot every few days on auto demo.

I just moved to Sarg about a month or so ago was on Odin before than and there were almost no houses available. Also when the auto demo was happening in Odin the houses were bought within 5mins or happened when I was asleep

Yes I’m aware but you also have to remember how auto demo works and how long it takes for someone’s house to be auto demo

Exactly the problem is first time house owners and new players who have the gil are getting the crap end of the stick currently

In february 2018, houses have been available for years, most situations that don't have a house have themselves to blame, I know people on every server who camp auto demos every day over the years and have found dozens of plots. If its not that, then it's a lack of gil issue, which, if you've been playing for years, shouldnt be an issue, and if it is, get in line behind the peope who actually have worked harded despite not waiting as long. Quit blaming Square and whining, lots of people got multiple houses in months, so if you can't get 1 in 3 years, thats all on you. Give it up.

@OP, it sounds like you moved to Sarg while the auto-demo was off. Hopefully you'll get a house once they open up personal purchasing (I really think it's going to be next Tuesday) but if you don't and if what QueenSophie said about lots of homes auto-demoing, then it sounds like you stand a good chance of scooping a demoed one up later. I know it's a different server but that's how my FC originally got its house. Just be sure to pop to each cities' aetheryte at the top of each hour to scan the wards for something open. They demo at all hours of the day (said FC one was purchased at 11 am on a Sunday) and it always happens right at the start of each RL hour.

Not every server (she mentioned shes a recent transfer) had plots opening due to auto demos. Most of the time, unless youre on all day, you'll probably miss them. Some may not have desired a house when they started. It was two years before I got one in the beds simply cuz I didn't need one till then. There is no blaming square here. I think letting us know when personal purchases open is a fair request. "Lots of people...." *shakes head*

I think I might have struck a never and I didn’t intend to upset you and for that I’m sorry, but all I wanted to know was when the current restrictions would be lifted so that I may buy the plot of have been wanting since October :)
