Accidentally relocated my personal house not FC house... Oopsie :c

So I logged in all excited to get my FC a new house, run up to the house I want and get ready to fight the 3 or so other people who were there too and...bumped my mouse last second and clicked personal house not FC house... and in the rush I didn't notice so when it worked I was so happy! Until I realized what I did... Now I feel really bad. Like, REALLY bad. :(
I sent in a support ticket and got told that it "falls outside the scope of our services." so that didn't help (seriously, is the support here ever any help?) :mad:. Now I don't know what to do. There probably isn't any way to get this fixed and I'm going to be depressed for awhile, but I'm posting here so anyone reading this can laugh at me I guess lol.

FC leader doesn't care thankfully, not sure about anyone else yet though. I'm pretty sure they won't be too upset but it still doesn't stop me feeling bad/dumb. I would buy another house for them but I'm like 2mil short and then all the large's were gone so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Maybe I'll do it right in the next housing expansion (if there ever is one...)

Wow... that's an unfortunate thing that can happen =/.

What size of personal house did you own beforehand? You could relocate your personal one to a different plot and have some other member relocate your FC house closely afterwards(correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe those random timers are only for new purchases, and don't count for relocations). It's going to be costly, though not impossible to achieve, depending on your old personal house's size. Considering Gil is an issue, maybe it's more of a long-term goal though =/. I cannot think of any different solution.

In the end it's going to feel bad anyways though >.<.

You can always correct your mistake by giving up your personal house and free up the plot for the FC.

That wouldnt solve it really. If you relinquish your house, the plot is locked out from being repurchased by anyone for an unknown amount of time. The risk of someone else buying it is too high.

what is the FC house size currently, and what was your personal beforehand? Whos gil did you use to bu the house? are you able self fund the purchase? If it was completely your gil, you shouldn't be beatin yaself up over it.

Aren't those timers just preventing purchase? As I understood it, relocating to a plot with an active timer is still possible.

Relocation ignores all delays, since you're giving up a plot in exchange and it being on a separate purchasing system.

The idea is to relocate the FC house, not buy one.

Yes, that is the point. She can relinquish the house as an owned personal, but the system will prevent her buying it for the FC, so what Taika said isn't a good idea

If the relocations work like that I'll have to start saving more gil! I'm not sure it would be worth it though.. Maybe I'll just see what the FC leader thinks about moving into the small next door and just using the big one as our gathering point lol.

I bought our medium house (and decorated it) myself and put in about half for this large. I had enough gil to put the other half back in the FC chest for everyone to get back what they donated but I still feel really bad.

I like the buying of the small next to it as the next best option, what is better then one house? TWO!

Since it is all your gil and work, I wouldn't feel bad about it then, it is yours, you put the work being up, and so on. Still I know the feeling is like in giving what you can for your members, I would talk to the leader and other fc mates about moving the fc house near your large and can hang out together there.

But if timers don't prevent relocation, freeing the plot IS good advice, since the FC can relocate to the plot where the personal house is now standing by mistake. That is, asuming everything works as I believe it does ^_^.

If she relocates to the small near by (cost 0 because it is moving from a large) but then you still need fork over another 45 sih million for the large of the FC, the key here is using the term relocation. Keep in mind of the original quote:

"You can always correct your mistake by giving up your personal house and free up the plot for the FC."

This implies relinquish and it would cause a timer block.

I unfortunately did the same thing and now don't have enough gil to fix it lol.

Something similar happened to us this morning, we got a mansion and a member was looking around the ward and he accidentally relocated it on a medium so we had to buy again the mansion with a 6 minutes cooldown full of panic that sumq might get the mansion, actually sum1 came but he saw zo many of us in front of the ward he left lmao
