When will Individuals be allowed to buy a house?

I seem to be unable to find the announced website that explains the changes to the housing system and regarding timetables.
Could anyone please tell me when i will be able to buy a house as an individual?

I doubt we will be hearing any news soon about the matter; by then desired plots would have been snagged up. I have slim hope on the spot I want being only 4 wards have it available right now and its only been 33 mins since server has gone up. :(

They have not yet said when individuals can buy plots. Only that they will "monitor" the situation.

Not if you are trying to buy for a private home. Otherwise if I was relocating itd have been no issue.

Can only relocate your current house to a new plot. Cannot buy a new one yet if you don't already have a personal house

I'm slightly frustrated as I was led to believe that individuals could not own plots in the 6 new wards in any way shape or form. Me and my FC got snagged out of a mansion by an individual. Ah well. I'm sure Squenix will explain.

By relocating, yes they can.

Yep, the large our FC wanted was taken by an individual relocating as well as the next one we tried. Finally, all the larges in the district were gone, half to relocations for personals

Yeah - if you've already owned a personal house I believe you can relocate, anyone who want a home now after this patch have to wait until FCs had their pickings or whenever they tell us we can purchase.

Annoyed. This is the second time me and others of my FC have gotten up at ungodly hours to attempt the seemingly RNG roll for very expensive but very useful items. Grrrr

And that is all we know about when - they will look into it.

I believe only FC's may relocate (like from small to a new large plot) at present time. Individuals cannot relocate yet (otherwise they'd still grab all the large plots that SE is trying to hold for FC's)

Individuals can still relocate, they are not 'holding' the new plots for Free Companies. If an individual relocates there is still a free plot that they left behind, so there is still the same number of plots as before the relocation. No where did SE say they wanted to hold the larger plots for Free Companies, they wanted to give them first call on plots regardless of size, so their notion still stands by allowing individuals to relocate there is still the same number of plots available as relocation leaves behind an empty plot.

Individuals can relocate at this time... And that's exactly what is happening, actually.

When will Individuals be allowed to buy a house? thats the topic, while i agree with what you just said that it wasnt mentionned about reserving medium & large for fc & individuals can relocate, i do not think its correct for homeless players (not necessarily the ones that think its entitled) the ones that gave their 110% over years or even on a short time span to buy a plot to be blocked at an attempt for more than a small & thats how its turning out to be atm on some servers. the whole lock thing while seniority give you cheaper purchase for buying late... isnt right

This is fair (at least this specific part). FCs were promised the opportunity for a house, you were not promised the best houses on the server, those are fair game. FCs have an opportunity for a house, and even as I look at the houses right now on my server, there are still houses available for FCs.

I'm still waiting for word on the FC exclusive houses, then the system will be more fair.
