HaleStorm is recruiting!

We are a friendly and social guild looking for members to enjoy the game with, because it is more fun playing with friends! We are quite international and happy accept players from all time zones, although we are particularly active at GMT+10. All levels and all classes are welcome! History:

The guild was set up in 2016 by Jiraz who is unfortunately no longer with us. It now largely run by Sylintra Silver and Noct Jen. We are one of the largest English speaking guilds on the server.

We are looking for players that:

Are respectful; no swearing, racist or sexist remark in the guild chat.
Would like to raid the new raids coming out on patch 4.2.
Are new or returning looking for a guild.
Just wanna hang out with friends.

We have a guild buff schedule to help guildies level:

Active at all times: Heat of the Battle II
Monday + Tuesday: A Helping Hand II
Wednesday + Thursday: Earth and Water II
Friday + Saturday + Sunday: Reduced Rates II

Raid progression:
We are currently trying to set up a static for our guild! We have Noct Jen who has cleared up to O8S to lead!

It is important to raid with the correct head gear, it makes it a lot easier to spot your teammates in a 24-man. XD

Meeting the leaders:

Sylintra Silver: If Lolorito is a female Miqo’te with a marginally better moral compass. She general spends a lot of time in her natural habitat: crafting in front of a summoning bell. Sylintra could craft just about everything and has be compared to Godbert Manderville from time to time. Responsible for the general day to day running of the guild.

Noct Jen: “Jack of all trades, master of none.” Noct use to live by that quote, until he finally stepped into savage raiding in Stormblood. Although his main still swings between movies and anime, he still tries to add more purple on to his ff14 log. Whenever he’s online, Noct can be found either in an instance or standing on the choco gate queuing for one. He manages raiding, endgame, and instances related contents.

I'm from GMT+ 9:30 AUS. Does you guild has a raid team around my timezone? :)

Hey there Hao!

Noct here. We currently are not planning on having a set team for raiding. Due to the amount of players that usually want to raid on weekly basis it's hard to have a set team of 8 then exclude the rest. We currently plan to set certain raid times every week so we can form teams on the spot. Depending on the number of people wanting to raid, we will open sign up sheets 5 days before every raid time to reserve teams and roles, etc. Since we don't know how many people are returning and how many new players we're bringing in, it's hard to tell at the moment. However, we will set up a plan to follow 2 weeks into 4.2 the latest, so don't worry!
