Spent the majority of our conversation trying to convince me Early Pulls don't exist. Which had little to do with my report and I could care less about "Early Pulling" anyway. Then promptly ends the conversation and gives me the same generic copy/pastes GMs use and closes contact not allowing me to reply about my other issues. Came off as very immature and unprofessional. I rarely use these forums, but this was reason enough since its the only way to really give GM feedback.

But the GM was fully right in this regard - there actually is no such thing as 'early pulling' as far as SE is concerned. Morally it's best to wait til everyone is there before pulling the mark, but a line has to be drawn somewhere as to how long to wait before pulling, as if you wait for every potential player to show up the mob will never be fought. Those that are too slow are out of luck, that's just life I'm afraid.
And calling a GM, arguing with them and then leaving negative feedback about that GM simply because they didn't tell you what you wanted to hear is not the best way to go about this I'm sorry to say. I'm really sorry but I'm fully with the GM here. Early pulling is not a ToS violation, it's just manners. So a GM really cannot help you with this it's a simple as that. -

Can you define an early pull that applies in all situations? I'd say its pulling the mob before enough of a group gets there to kill it and thus causing the party to wipe. ARR/HW A ranks can be solo'd so by definition there can't be an early pull for those. ARR/HW S and SB A ranks can be solo'd by good players but usually a light party is necessary so it doesn't take forever, so an early pull is before 4 people arrive. SB S ranks still need a full party of good players to kill it so an early pull is before 8 people show up.
If you wait longer than that, you're doing it as a courtesy.
And arguing with a GM over what the rules actually state instead of what you want them to state isn't going to get you anywhere. He gave you what you asked for and left when you refused to accept it. Its not his job to make you like the rules, just tell you what they are. -

To be more clear the report was about a player that constantly harasses me in many many different forms. I realize early pulling has never been punishable, I was just using it as context to explain one of the many ways this player harrasses me. Im assuming GM Dorxenore is a player with strong opinions on early pulling (much like this threads first commenter) and let that buzzword completely overshadow the rest of my report and even upset him to the point that he wouldn't address my actual concerns and broke off contact.

Well you did not make that very clear in your post - if it had nothing to do with early pulling then why did you mention it? You did not mention once in your post that your GM report was about about harassment, only referring to early pulling and saying that it 'had little to do with your report' which you argued with the GM about before he ended the conversation. I'm really sorry if I sound blunt here, but when you call a GM you are meant to be clear and to the point about your problem, not beating around the bush with things which have little to do with it, as it just ends up wasting the GM's time, which, from my position anyway, seems to be what has happened.

I was clear and too the point with the GM. Just not very clear and specific on this post. I'm not trying to drudge up server drama on the forums. I'm just trying to give negative feedback to someone I see as not doing their job and being rude on top of it. I assume any other gms or managers that read my complaint can look into the matter themselves for specifics or message me in game. I'd honestly prefer if they had a more private way to give gms feedback, but it is what it is.

All I can advise is, the next time this person harasses you, report them again and make it clear in your report that you are reporting him for continued harassment, not early pulling. When the gm contacts you, try to give them a time and place where the incidents occurred rather than a list of ways the player is harassing you. That way they can easily go back and see for themselves what sort of problem you're having with this person. I understand that early pulling is a huge issue for you in this situation whether or not it is a thing on the gms' end, because there's no gm rulebook out there that can dictate player opinions. But I think it's possible that you got a bit wrapped up in trying to explain that and ended up not clearly stating what the actual problem was. Next time, just leave the bit about early pulling out.
