Idea: Plant Preservation

I love having my flowerpots, and the models of plants you can grow can be very nice. However, after they've finished growing they die so quickly!

The artists put so much work into making beautiful organic-looking plants, and the model often only exists for a day before we all destroy them!

Could we please get a new fertilizer that makes our plants immortal, but also makes them incapable of being harvested? It would also be nice if it could halt growth.

I think it would be best if this only worked in flower pots, though, especially given that they are not exactly profitable in the way that outdoor gardens are capable of being. This way it isn't taking up valuable plot space, doesn't interact with cross-breeding, and allows it to better serve the purpose of decoration-only without significant effort.

Plants already don't die when fully grown... have been for awhile now

...I do, however, wish that the sparkles could be turned off.

It's nice that plant no longer rots, but can I get an option to grow "rotten" plants please? Comes in handy for a spooky theme. :x

It can still rot if you plant something that takes a few days to grow and you don't tend to it. :)

Some of us like having the sparkles - I grow my plants just for the sparkles!

I thought you can also plant outdoor plants in the flower pots. You just can't plant daisies, lilies etc. outside.




I would love to be able too keep the different stages of the plants, without them growing. The roses are so pretty with the buds, or just the little sprouts of the plants. They are in bloom too fast! xD Plants that just started growing and are getting small leaves are so cute and beautiful.
