Well, until now there is no information in "4.1 Minion & Mount Collector's Guide"-Thread.
Some People assuming that the panda will be a shop mount... well... at least we still have to wait for more information.

I like the OP's references to a anime (mount/minion is the OP's dad after applying cold water; duck is a rival who has cold water splashed on them) BUT going by past things like this (maid's outfit, flying nimbus, etc), they will be tied to the following: possibly a 7-11 campaign in Japan costing around $27, a freebie with select items from Amazon in the US with order of $20 or higher, and who-knows-what for the EU with anyone outside the EU w/ EU account up the creek and no way to get (possibly also inside the EU no way to get depending on country)
