What did you name your chocobo?

I enjoy seeing witty chocobo names when out and about. I'm curious what people have come up with.

My main is simply Ember, but I'm most proud of one of my alt's chocobo name: Warking'one.

I didn't name my chocobo, since he already had a name: "Kweh"

... or that's how he introduced himself anyway.

i tried to give him a name like a racing horse, so i came up with Staubteufel (wich means Dust Devil in english - i am german, yes).

My Choco's name is Meep.

Mine's Hasumaru but i was originally gonna call him Chris P.Chicken

Named mine Sluggo.

Now just need to settle on a color.

Lemonbar, thinking about changing it since I dyed him pink... doesn't seem to fit anymore...

It's my dog's nickname IRL, and he's forever getting in my way so I thought it was appropriate that I can be like "Bitty get the hell out of my way!" when my choco is standing on an NPC or something. lol

Pup-pup-che is what my chinese relatives call motorcycles. I ride one in real life. Its an onomatopoeic word, that's what they think they sound like. So of course my ride in FF needs to follow with a little chocobo pun humor.

Mine is called Greyfeather, because he has grey feathers.

I'm not particularly clever.

Mine is Valiant. He used to be Lemon when he was yellow, as well as Sunny. But now he's Valiant and his plumage is snow white.

My chocobo has had a few names - formerly Jeeves, with the butler barding, and Assassinator, and Excruciationator, but this one is my favorite.

I keep birds irl and my chocobo was named after my oldest Cockatiel Phoebe. Phoebe passed away last year at the age of around 16. I've thought about renaming my chocobo so I don't linger on losing the real Phoebe (because chocobos can be KO'd and that can get to me sometimes) but I haven't yet.

I named my chocobo Phoebus.

I named my chcobro Queequeg; Mostly for Scully's dog from The X-files (such a sad episode..) but also because it sounds like Quee'kweh'g.





(I'm aware Queequeg is a character from Moby Dick; I chose it after watching The X-Files though, lol)

I named my chocobo Nekxus. It's the name of someone who helped me greatly in my first ever MMORPG, Ragnarok Online. Even though he and I have gone our ways, I still consider him a friend and great person.

I named mine Koko, the same name as my BF and dressed him up in the butler barding since his character wears the butler outfit too xD
I thought It was cute anyway

I always name my chocobos Choco XD

I named my 'bo Stormfeather for the reason I dyed him Storm Gray for a 'silver' color.

Fluffykins. It was Fluffyfeets originally but since their feet aren't particularly fluffy, I changed it recently.

My alts' birds are Strix (a genus of owls) and Balios (a horse from Greek mythology.)

I like to mix things up.

I named it Boo.

So I can shout : Go for the eyes Boo, GO FOR THE EYES!!

Kelvin - the airships in FFX and FFX-2 are Celcius and Fahrenheit so... Kelvin was kinda missing!

Mine is named Jabberwocky to go with my characters Alice in Wonderland name.

I've not been very original. Named mine Snow. And he's white :3
