Lobby down for me

Yooo I jusyt payed you all 45 bucks this morning for my 3 accounts. WTF am I not being able to login! I checked my account money came out at 10am this morning. I can do forums but people on TS3 are online why am I not able to login?

Did you press the reactivate button on your character in account management? I made that mistake.

I think some ppl are having trouble with the server. I can't log in ether.

yeah I was logged in...got booted and now can't log back in, all paid up and reactivated as well

Yeah I don't know whats going on but right now I'm getting pissed I was 2 srteps from hitting 50 CRP and I got booted. This morning I paid 45 bucks for my 3 accounts. I am not tripping about the money I just want what I paid for. I have rebooted not only my modem, router, checked my ports, rebooted my comp, started other online games, checked my bank account, talked with my LS on TS to see if they had issues and now I'm just pissed!!!! here what I keep running into. http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/6181/79062123.png

See Im getting passed the lobby and on to the char select screen. Then it sits there loading for a while and boots me saying server error.

I've been getting both.

Yep Yep that's the same one I have been seeing! SE where ya at? We are paying you now ya need to get ta fixin the servers.

Having the same problem

These arent the errors you get if you have a canceled account, these are normal problem with the lobby server error, if there is a problem with a deactivated account you get to the lobby and there is a message saying that the character selected has been deactivated.

If you havent already reset your routers, modems PCs etc etc and try again, also just to rule it out check your firewalls arent blocking FFXIV, because these are messeges you see during maintanance when the servers are offline, ie you cannot contact the servers for some reason.

yep the lobby server was down for me a moment ago but i just logged in try it now.

I was on for a few earlier today and boom dc'd. Haven't been able to get back on since.

Based on the responses so far, it's looking like this might be an ISP-related issue, however we are continuing to check on our side. For those affected, please keep me in the loop!

Using Charter

Have not been able to log back in for about 3 hours now. Even the version check times out.

Sometimes I get past lobby and to character, but that times out plenty too

W00t! I was just able to get back in just now.

Those that can't get in, does tracert show that you can get all the way to SE? I'm not timing out until SE land...

Since I assume this is the same path, it seems odd if it's our ISP. And I'm not century link.

They will say that unless we get a reply from Bayhone saying something, I would say that you are looking on the games official forums and the vast majority of people having the problem are using centurylink (if you wanna you could even say all for them to do something)

You mean the person that could even tell you to turn your router upside down to solve a loose connection? (yes I have heard that happen before, not to me but a friend)
