[Suggestion] Level Sync, Skills and you!

Most of us know that the Level Sync system were removed from the chinese version of the game.
I'd like to propose something similar, but not that game breaking.

I think everyone agree that doing lower level content once you reach 70 is somewhat boring. You learn all your rotations and skills, then you queue up for Roulettes. There, you feel incomplete, lacking all the abilities you worked so hard for.

Since we already get "synced" down, why can't we use all the skills we already got? Doing Sastasha is a torture!

We'll be weaker, but still have access to normal rotations, being able to imput some extra damage, nothing too powerful.

Nothing too powerful? Until your running low level dungeons with a new tank who doesn't have a tank stance and you're spamming AOE skills.

This would be horrible for them to balance

BLMs get Fire 2 at level 18. We can already spam this constantly in like all the dungeons. Yeah, the rest of our good aoe tricks are at higher levels, but we get a mainstay tool from the jump.

Or easier if they lower the tank stances to Lv 15 instead of 30. It would even encourage tanking for newer players.

It might also teach them bad habits, so they don't learn to properly gauge how much aggro they need to build.

SE only lets you get tank stances at 30 because they're job actions, not class actions.

I always wonder why people are doing low level "boring dungeons" at level 70 anyway... if you're doing it to help friends or fc mates then suck it up... if you're doing it for WT do like I do and run unsynced...

Mostly because of roulettes and tomestone rewards.

I have been leveling, nearly have my first 50, and at first it wasn't so bad in Daily Roulette. In the beginning I did multiple Roulettes per day because it was good practice. Now that I am nearly 50, the fact that I will get randomly inserted into 3 Satasha in a row, this is a real experience for me, does nothing for me. I get 0 practice with my new abilities. I can't try new things or see the effectiveness of these new abilities because i cannot use them in 99% of the roulettes. That is not effective practice.

Stop scaling level, just scale power. Let me be level 50, going through satasha and cast Holy; that would be awesome. Let me see if Cure 3 is an effective spell for AOE healing; I have been in 1 dungeon so far where I could actually cast it.

Alternatively, create different brackets, one per 10 levels for example, and provide slightly better rewards for higher level people to play in lower level brackets to encourage newbies and those trying the game out.

If you want to try out different skills try potd. Do the vast amounts of level 50 dungeons we have if your level 50... having a full set of skills in sastasha is going to tell you nothing because the mechanics arnt made with those skills in mind...

You should have all the skills you've learned regardless of going down in level. There is no reason to not have them. Especially since Red Mage exists now and has hurrdurr 300+ potency spells at level 8. You don't add anything to the content and make it significantly less desirable to be in it in the first place and if people had more opportunities to use full toolkits maybe just maybe we wouldn't have such an abundance of people who don't have any concept of how to play well

Make synced level 70 players keep their full rotation and let the new tanks start killing themselfs because they can't get hate to any point. This sync is already to strong in terms of gear and doesn't need to be even more powerfull.
