Revolutions grow on anyone?

I said some pretty harsh things about it when it was released but it really is a beautiful theme.

Anyone else really appreciate it now compared to before?

I like it, and I also liked Dragonsong. Answers though...they are never, EVER going to top that.

Dragonsong's my favorite theme, but the melody used in Revolutions fits the scenes it is played in flawlessly.

I like them both better than Answers.

First time I heard it, pretty much thought it sounded better than Dragonsong (which is still also amazing).

Answers will still be my favorite. Maybe it's the combine lyrics with the cinematic played, but it's the realm facing annihilation and still continues to dare to hope while those who act, do.

Sad part is.. out of the 3 songs... its still the one I like the least. Just didnt have the emotional power as much.

Answers > Dragonsong > Revolutions

Revolutions is a fine song and I never really disliked it, but Dragonsong was much better and Answers was just phenomenal.

I liked Dragonsong more when it was integrated into the major 3.x fight with Nidhogg. Maybe when Revolutions is used that way I'll be a bit more fond of it too. It's just kind of lacking on its own, feels like it needs something epic to come after it to really make it shine.

Answers > Heavensward > Stormblood > Dragonsong > Revolutions

These are still fantastic songs, it’s just that it can’t be helped when some songs overshine others. I bet next time the new themes will be stronger. As a musician I just understand that these things just happen.

I like Revolutions. It sounds different; It's uplifting compared to the others.

It's also a nice song of course.

I like the instrumental version of it. The words do nothing for me.

Yes, it really has grown on me. I admit at first I felt rather... underwhellmed by it, compared to Answers and Dragonsong, but after actually playing through SB's story the context of the song really started to impact on me, especially given my character's backstory (she's of Ala Mhigan birth and her goal was Ala Mhigo's liberation), so the song is very appropriate. :)

Answers is still my favourite though - nothing will ever come close to that.

I'm one of the few who prefers Revolutions to Dragonsong.

I love Revolutions but they play that little part of it on EVERY major cutscene it seems and it’s getting a bit tiresome in my opinion.
