More Chocobo Colours

I understand metallic colours would just look weird on chocobos, but could these non-metallic colours be added? I desperately want a pastel green chocobo.

Pure White
Jet Black
Pastel Pink
Dark Red
Dark Brown
Pastel Green
Dark Green
Pastel Blue
Dark Blue
Pastel Purple
Dark Purple

Anyone else wish they could have these colours?

Definitely agree with these. And a rainbow option for laughs.

Rainbow would be fun lol. I'd have to change my chocobos name from Stardust to Starlite.

I'm gonna say we should be able to get a metallic gold chocobo (gold saucer reward maybe)... as for the other colors how would you get them? The current system wouldn't allow for darks or pastels

Surely the variables could be tweaked to allow these colours in. They could use RGB sliders the same as any other colour.

For instance soot black is more of a dark grey. So jet black would be at the far end with soot black close by.
Jet black being the new R:0, G:0, B:0. And soot black being I dunno, maybe R:15, G:15, B:15.

More Chocobo colors? Yes please.

No metallic colors because the would look "weird"? Was there a day your momma didn't drop you on your head as a baby? Metallic colors would be awesome.

I'd like to do highlights. Blue/white black/red, something like that.

Our choco friend could definitely use more love, support!

Plaid Chocobo Plz. Polka Dots. Stripes.

It's weird we don't have gold chocobos at all since they were in vii, ix, xii, and xiii in some capacity.

Metalic Color please.
So we can finally have our "Gold" chocobo.

Oh and.. and..
Zebra stripes chocobo would be nice too.

Our chocobos are so important to us, they deserve only the very best.

Zebra strips would be kind of odd to pull off on a bird. But making them look like silver laced chickens would be doable

Also re on metallic chocobos looking weird. It'd be more normal than you'd think. There's a lot of birds that look metallic/iridescent to people. Like a lot of Starlings look super metallic

Bird Fact! Most blue and green birds irl aren't actually those colors that's just what we see. What looks like blue, green, purple, and some of the other bright colors in feathers to people is most of the time actually a optical illusion. The structure of the feather barbs creates the color when they refract light. It can be a flat color like with bluebirds, or a pretty metallic shimmery colors like with hummingbirds. Feathers are neat and can do all kinds of awesome stuff! METALLIC CHOCOS.

Jet Black is required.

Also, 'Variable' would be cool. Where the colour changes every few seconds.

I would definitely love to see more Chocobo colours!

I walked in here expecting a demand for them to dyable with metallic colors - which I'd find kind of... odd.

Those suggestions are cool though, pastel pink 'bo hell yeah!

I also like Gravton's suggestion of highlights, not sure if it would ever be implemented as the bo's from the friend code feathers have that...

When I suggested no metallics it was because I was concerned about HOW the metallics would look applied to the ingame textures. Birds with shiny feathers in real life look good, but I was worried the quality here would seem unnatural.

But hey if SE can pull it off I'd definately be all for it!

we just need a saturation/luminosity slider but ps4 limitations :D /troll
