Raubahn in Lochs

Raubahn doesn’t show up at the Lochs for quest The Legacy of our fathers.

Has anyone found a fix for this? Kind of a bummer. I had unsubbed for months. Come back yesterday and now I am stuck on this quest with nothing to do :(

I'm also stuck on 'The Legacy of Our Fathers', can't finish old Stormblood story, start new update story or unlock flying in the Lochs.

Same problem, really annoying to stop main story because of this bug.

For the quest For the measures of his reach cant start the quest as Raubahn does not appear at the table.

Same here, just came back to the game, hit 70 and I'm completely stuck on progressing.

I'm pretty sure it was introduced with 4.1, because he was there when I logged out on Sunday evening, and not there when I logged on after the patch.

Please fix it :( I'm eager to get in 4.1

Same issue. Sent a bug ticket.. Still waiting. It's a shame that after this time spent catching up, I'm still unable to play new content with my friends.
