So, which will be harder to score? Shirogane, or the existing zones?
Case in point:
there will likely be 12 new wards in Shirogane, with 60 plots on each, for a total of 720 plots (96 large, 168 medium and 456 small). Those plots will be rushed by ALL, both new and existing house owners.
On the other hand, there are the existing housing zones, Mist, Lavender Beds and Goblet. The only plots that will be made available on those are from the people who both DESIRE and MANAGE to relocate to Shirogane (not EVERYONE who currently owns a house will want to relocate, specially because it's not free). I think it's safe to say that only a fraction of those will score a house in Shirogane, which means there'll be only a handful of plots in each zone being vacated due to relocation in the Shirogane (Savage) process.
Now, there WILL be people camping the 3 zones as well. There WILL be dozens in each zone entrance monitoring the wards closely for any plots that vacate, both homeless people and ones who want to relocate BETWEEN the 3 existing zones. There will ALSO be a bloodbath on those, and given that there will be much less plots available for grabs on those, one can possibly expect a fierce competition there as well.
And now I turn to ask... which of the 2 above you guys think will be the bloodiest competition? Which of those 2 objectives you'd think will be harder for someone who doesn't currently own a house and wants a place to call his own? Where will more blood be spilled?
