Why would he be considered a Blue Mage? Blue Magic is just enemy skills, so isn't he just an enemy that had the potential to teach it to us.

I don't know, there isn't enough in his moves to say he is that job. More content on his race would be good though... they come from far west, The New World, which we don't have a map for atm.
