Falcon mount not credited

Forget 90 days, my account hasn't lapsed for four years and is on continuing automatic renewal. I've seen others flying around with the mount now, so I know rewards have gone out. What gives?

Sometimes they go in waves I think. It may just be that your name hasn't hit the send yet. Give it a day or 2 at most then submit a bug report.

when does your sub window renew? if it's in this month you'll get your falcon mount oct 5.

I'm not even seeing it in my addition items.

been subbed since 1.0 and on a recurring sub. kinda seems like a slap in the face the way this is set up. i can assume my sub will count or i can pay for a time card to be sure. Just don't like(if i want the mount bad enough) having to change my payment setup or pay more to accommodate this campaign.

I've been constantly subbed since 2.0 on 90 day renewal, and my next payment is scheduled for September 16th.

Mog Station > Square Enix Account settings > List Subscriptions

If you have recurring payments, you had to have at least 90 days left on your sub when the campaign started on July 1st. If you had less than 90 days left, then you would have to wait to renew your sub. If your renewal date is after aug. 31st then you won't receive the mount until october the 5th.

My sub doesn't renew til September 27th so I just barely made it before the cut off but not eligible until then, so no mount for me until October.

In short, if your renewal date is anytime during the month of September, unless you used time cards to add more days before aug 31st, then you won't get the mount until October.

I'm looking through the mog station and I can't find listing of my renewal date anywhere. It just says continuing subscription.

You haven't yet had subbed for 90 days in the appropriate time period (1st July to 15th September is 77 days inclusive).

When you renew that'll make you eligible and you'll get it when they send them out on October 5th.

I paid for 90 days on Jun 27th...
and now I have 35 days left, due to 15 days given due to making a new character on Mateus and getting him to 30 when that was happening.

So does that mean I'm screwed out of the mount?

Yeah, this whole campaign seems to have been very poorly thought out.

no it works just fine. if you are on a recurring sub you will get it regardless. just depends on when your sub window falls. like one poster said earlier if it is in sept. you will get the mount oct 5. if you add enough game time before Sept 30 you will get it oct 5. it won't show up in your additional items until it is delivered to you. how hard is this to understand?

But the thing is people got free play time or paid with a time cared that had 60 days, this will basically put them out of the time the event ends so they're screwed, and you can't buy more time when your sub still have days left, they should extend the event by another 30 or 60 days to fix this.

I paid for 60 days on July 1st and then paid for another 60 days this month, for a total of 120 days paid for during the campaign as I was required to and I too haven't received the mount I paid for in the most literal sense.

Syliani you'll get yours on Oct 5 then. you weren't eligible during the first cutoff but you are for the 2nd. can you hold it in for 4 more weeks? lol

the game lets you have 180 days total sub time tho

Question for the community. Currently, I have 47 days remaining on my subscription, but I have been listed as subscribed for 180 days. Does this mean I won't get the mount? I bought Standards (30-day) on Jul. 12, Aug. 1 and Sept. 1.

If you renewed on September 1st then you will get yours on October 5th. This current wave of people receiving the mounts are the ones that already paid 90 days between July 1st and August 30th. Since you renewed on September 1st you will qualify for the check on October 5th.

I believe that your renewal is on Sep 27 then, when you renew that day or by Sep 30 then you qualify.

You seem to have missed the "15 free days" also "35 days left" or really anything except the initial date. He won't automatically renew until October 10th.\

Edit: I can't help but notice that the NA tech support hasn't responded to anything in *weeks*. That is not encouraging.

I had a recurring sub that's been going for over 2 years now for entry. Jun 30th. was one of the resub dates which is before the event. Does any of this count toward the event?

Aug. 29th.

Because this is confusing me since I am entry and never had to actually buy time.

Never got mine and my account renews in middle of the month and its been on auto pay for over a year now.

I don't get how this works. I have been subbed for three years and it renews monthly on the 25th so the previous renewal was Aug 25th. I haven't received the mount yet can some please explain to me how this works and why I wan't in part of the Sept 5th batch?

From what I understand, recurring monthly subs like us simply have to wait until october 5th regardless. 90 days from July 1st is September 28th, right? Which means unless your sub renew was August 30th or 31st you won't meet the 90 days paid requirement by the end of august with a recurring sub.

That being said, this system is clearly flawed. My sub renewed the fourth of this month, so no September mount for me. However despite having made my third monthly payment during the campaign over a week ago, mogstation has yet to tell me I'm qualified for the mount.

It leaves one wondering if the vague wording of the qualifications with no real way to verify that you meet them might cost some of us the mount. It says on the event page to check your status under the View additional items link in MS but it may not be reflected immediately. Will it be reflected ever? or am I just supposed to sit here until Oct 5th not knowing for sure if I'm getting the thing or not?

My only complaints about the whole campaign is the vague wording and lack of confirmability for all players.

mogstation wont tell you you're qualified until you actually have it delivered.

First a word "Eligibility" used in a few places which is clearly used for a phase said in simple terms "What you need to do to get the mount". So if word "eligibility" is used in those terms then:

Means that this part of the campaign pages explains how to check if "You will get the mount 100%" or "You won't get the mount at all". Which translates to "THIS is the place where the mount will be shown in text form telling you that you will get it in game eventually (if you haven't got it already)". Now if that place doesn't show that mount there, it gives people a case to worry. If that place is by design to only shown the mount there in "Additional Items" AFTER you get it in game, then the whole Eligibility usage of wording on campaign page is badly done, and should be explained in more detail by some representative and the whole page should be corrected.

Never got mine and my account is still paid up for over 5 more months also each time it renews it for 6 months at a time. New 6 months sub started close to end of August.

Ok I guess you didn't get what I was saying, some people are special cases where they actually have play time that doesn't go towards the 90 day thing but they play with, so lets say they get 4 free days and bought 90 days like 2 days before july 1st, they cant buy more time so they have 88 payed for days so they cant get the mount because they can only renew their sub after they don't have any days left which is after the event.

Not sure I'll get mine even. I do 30 days which started on June 20 then repeated on July 20. After that I started on a new server so I received 15 days free game time. So now my sub renewed on Sept 3 and once again on Oct 3.

Yes, you will get yours. Please keep in mind it's total time between July 1st and September 30th. You had yours active in June, July, August, and September. It doesn't matter that it will renew on October 3rd. However, it means you will receive your mount on October 5th.

Better get mine, I'm also on the "Haven't recieved the Falcon" list, and I've been subbed non-stop thruout the event. In fact I've been subbed non-stop since about March of 2015, so yeah, better get it.

It's not hard to sympathise, the campaign has been handled poorly. Had it been done properly then everyone would have been given the mount at the same time on October 5th, as it stands though, anyone that doesn't have one feels cheated even though they have auto renew on and never missed a payment

It's not about playability, it's about principle and clarity, I have paid just as much game time as those who already have the mount, and I have been subscribed for the same amount of time, but due to the bizarre rules of the campaign, I get the mount a month later based on a technicality that should not exist. All this does is cause confusion and bitterness from actively subscribing players.

Active sub since launch, has never not been active. Automatic renewal for max amount of time happened in September (roughly 2 weeks ago). By what people are telling here I should have gotten it on the 5th, didn't happen. So not sure if it's gonna happen at all.
Luckily I don't really like that mount, but it's about principle. If you make campaigns like this in the future, please make it clearer what the requirements are to be eligible for the reward.

Going to throw my confused hat into the ring on this.

I only pay with time cards, which I have added to my account on July 8th and Sept 22nd. Barring any previous time I had left over, since sub time only had to be purchased and not need to elapse for the mount to be available, I should be eligible to receive the Falcon mount tomorrow-- but I too do not see it in my "additional awards" as of yet. (Mind, I also have only been able to sparsely log in over the summer due to work.)

Should the indicator appear when the goal is met, or when you actually receive the mount?
