Healer Mounts and Rewards for PVP

Just like PVE, the PVP modes have a huge famine of Healers in Frontlines and in Feast. Since healing either mode can be stressful, there should be some rewards for Healers to work to. Much like players have intensives to go as Tank for roulettes and farm parties for their special tank mounts, maybe having those same intensives can help with the lack of healers.

Maybe have achievement mount rewards for PVP healers, special titles along the way, minions, a strong reward for becoming a PVP healer. This can help with Frontlines having a huge lack of healers, and help with Feast queue times for many.

I'm not sure if tanks need the same rewards, since I feel like tanks are more common than healers.

You can change your job at the end of a frontline match, so you could get the rewards while never actually playing healer in pvp combat.
If it is feast it has to be connected to wins or players will spam matches and let their team die to get the rewards(always assume the worst..).
There could be a daily feast roulette for a desired role (which will be healer 95% of times), if you win the roulette you get 1,5x rating for that match, once a day only.

Considering that there are PVP mounts/minions tied to wins, that should definitely be a condition for the healer reward, at the least in Feast

Yeah.. if there was a healer exclusive mount you need to pvp for, that would be enough to encourage me to do healing, and hopefully while I progress on that I can get more confident and better at playing the role too. Thumbs up from me.

Then we would have lot new healers and new healers are often bad healers and ppl would complain teaming up with bad healer and ruining their experience.

Or the whole team will be full with healers (for shatter at least) because of the mount awards, and then when everyone who wanted the healer mounts got them, we will be back to having no healers again.

There is feast achievement for each role. For healer, it's "A Wolf in White Robes" I-V under Wolves Den, but just title.
Honestly I rather have someone switch to heal when they want to, at least they know what/who are needed to win/heal.

I mean what other incentives would you give to players to help with the lack of healers in PVP?

If a person is new to healing in PVP, let them be new to that role and LEARN how to do that role. Just because they aren't a main healer in PVE/PVP, doesn't mean they can't learn to be a competent healer. I'm not the best at healing but I can keep my teammates up for a long time. I may have slip ups here and there, but that's my own faults in healing. If you guys don't allow for new players to learn how to be good healers then you'll be stuck with the small healer pool. Much like the tank mounts in PVE, you'll good tanks and bad tanks, but you need to let those who are tanking learn to be better tanks over time.
