There's clearly a shadow reflected on the allagan wall!

Any idea about what or who can it be?

Where did you get that banner from? Both the NA and EU Lodestone sites do not have any info at all about the Rising yet (I just checked) - unless my browser cache needs cleaning.

The curves of the shadow remind of the of the clockwork bugs that Allag borrowed from FFXII.

Didn't the 2nd Anniversary event involve us killing those Allagan Bugs with the Wandering Minstrel? Will it be a repeat? or do you think we might get something similar to the Halloween event from last year? I think the Second, Third and Eighth Turns of the Binding Coil offer some exploration similar to Haukke Manor.

Everyone hates bugs. Except bugs like Missingo, and even he is a double-edged sword / hazard.

Anyone who has ever done any bit of software development, even just basic C++ programs, hates them especially.

It might just be the artstyle, but in the banner, the Wandering Minstrel looks like he's desperately hiding for his life, while his companion beside him (the possible female Lalafell Yoshi-P main) just looks like she accidentally said a bad word.

I figured the "Dancer" joke was once again the devs poking fun at the lengths people went to trying to figure out whether or not it would be a job added to 4.0.

Just the same as the item description states that the wind-up Lyse is "[m]ost certainly not a repurposed wind-up Yda" can be taken one of two ways: the Yda / Lyse switch was always intended, or the devs are admitting they didn't know what to do with Yda so they retconned her into Lyse for Stormblood.
