bard/archer weapons

What an ugly mistake, just think of all the future weapons of bard and how terrible they will all be[not to mention HUGE]. bard should be able to have a variety of string instruments. I would love to play bard, but that huge tacky thing will look horrible on my lalafell

So I guess all the future bows will have a big ugly harp at the end.. well SE always liked to make ridiculous weapons. nothing new really.

if that could make you happy, brd's bows are actually trasformable bows. confirmed long time ago from bahyonne

They look terrible.

Makes about a thousand times more sense then those gunblades Square likes to tout about.

You're an ugly mistake. Lalafell were a terrible decision and should have never been added to this game.

On a more serious note, it is a matter of taste, and I like the way they look. I have been looking forward to every piece of BRD AF ever since the magazine cover displaying it.

If I recall correctly, there was concept art showing a Bard holding a horn in one hand, so maybe there will be the option to use normal bows for those that dislike bowharps.

Love the Bow+Harp, probably the reason I really want to play Bard.

Huge yes, which is good, tacky and horrible no.
I like the bard's weapon. :D
It's just a matter of opinion.

people who hate bow harp have never played monster hunter... try being a bard and using a horn hammer

I am a lover, not a fighter, but I find it difficult to love the bowharp. Maybe with the lights off.

maybe it will be primary and secondary weapons you can switch from that would be a nice compromise. but what was shown was ugly

I like the Barchers barps, think they'll be pretty nifty myself.

I really like the idea of that only if you use the bow as a stand when playing the harp.

Then just use a primal bow. I don't think you need the bow-harp to play the bard. All what you need is a bow.

Ugly mistake? I think it's an awesome idea. I ought to invent a bowharp for D&D roleplaying.....

it looks as if the "BowHarp" is optional just incase the bard wants to us something else as a weapon like the new moogle weapon or something.

The harp and the horn look like sub weapons that you can equip.
