The "Blood" Dragoon? Why not The Crimson Dragoon?

Finished Dragoon's level 70 quest and I'm a bit confused.

The npc at the end mentions that we should be called The Crimson Dragoon. So...why is the title we're given The "Blood" Dragoon?

I mean, it makes sense right? We get The Azure Dragoon title, so why not another "color" title like "Crimson"? Why Blood?

Yeah yeah it's not THAT big of a deal, but I was kinda looking forward to it, seeing as my Dragoon is wearing armor that's colored red, and I think Crimson sounds cooler than Blood.

Yeah, this sounds more like a localization kind of change. I'm on board for this change.

Maybe cause the expansion is Stormblood? Emphasis on Blood? I mean, you're right, Crimson makes more sense. Maybe its just a localization issue like the others have said. Crimson Dragoon makes more sense.

If only.. Then someone can be Rosso The Crimson.. If only.

Maybe because of Red Mage? The word Crimson is more associated with Red Mage.

Perhaps, but again the npc at the end literally calls you a "Crimson Dragoon". So it may actually indeed be a -

Still, I posted it in the localization forum. If it's "working as intended" then there ya go.

Considering how significant the words "azure" and "crimson" are in this expac... yeah, I would have expected it to be Crimson Dragoon, too. xD

Because we, as the main heroes, are supposedly the only DRG that can use the skill BOTD (blood of the dragon) thus our strongest self comes from dragon's blood so we are blood dragoons.

It's Koji-Fox, it absolutely will be a reference

I doubt they would change it unlike the spoiler title from HW. If they do change it, they will upset the people who actually like the title Blood Dragoon. Too little, too late.

Because, despite a 10k cosplayers this is not Highschool DxD xD
