Quarrymill/90002 character stuck

Since yesterday's update I have the disconnect symbol next to me and can't interact or teleport out of quarymill,I'm not the only one having this issue there's a lot experiencing same thing across the forums.i tested alt character and it's fine but my main is stuck in quarrymill and after few min it gets the 90002 disconnect message,literally unplayable at the moment.im from the UK and on Siren server.

I'm an EU player playing on Leviathan, seems to be mainly affecting non US players playing on US data centres from what I've read.

Yep, all EU and other non-american players have been having this the entire last day and it still goes on now. It has made the game unplayable, I can log in still but 30-40 seconds later I crash everytime with that stupid 90k error.

My OH is getting the same issue, though she's tried alt characters on the same server and gets the same thing, disconnect symbol and can't do anything.
She tried an alt character she has on the Chaos Data Centre and she has no problems.
At first we thought it was due to the connection so we followed a bunch of steps from support to try and fix it with so far no luck, she plays on PS4 so we started thinking PSN but according to SE reports this morning, thats apparently been resolved, yet shes still having the same problem and it been since 3am BST 4/7/17.
I play mine on PC and haven't had this issue.

Happens to me too. I can pretty much stay around the current map im in, but as soon as i port to another map o enters a duty , i get the 90002 error, games pretty much unplayable right now.

I'm now stuck in the east shroud, can't even try to teleport out. Nothing works, then I get kicked after a minute or two. This is ridculous.

I tried every possible way to reset my connection, it's not on my end. Funny enough, my alt on the same server is fine.

What has been said above, I'm playing from the UK on NA server and I've become stuck in Quarrymill.

N.B: I also had numerous issues yesterday disconnecting with this error from the Pre-Omega instance.

If we can get an update from Square Enix on the matter, that would be great as the game has suddenly become unplayable for many players.

Im in the exact same boat but on Diabolos, have been for 23h now

I filed yet another bug report, must have done like 5 since yesterday, trying to reach anyone. All I get is complete silence, feeling ignored...

I was using online chat support only 2 days ago but can't find a link to it now. Any email query takes an age for them to respond to.

Seriously SE, I know you need to investigate this, but can you just send my character to their home point so I can at least still play???

Apparently, logging in from a US IP fixes this issue, or at the least, gives you access to teleport out of Quarrymill. Perhaps a VPN or such might work?

got it now too.. thanks for not any warning on loadstone -.- how to get fix this..? Managed to get out of there after 40mins >o> I keepd login in and tryed to teleport elsewhere at once! (not the homepoint one)

Same problem after yesterday's 'fix'. EU player on the US/NA Datacenter.

Character: Fabian Deresium
Server: Goblin
Location: Quarrymill, South Shroud
Issue: Immediate D/C upon login, after a minute receiving error 90002.

It does seem to affect a number of EU players playing on US/NA servers.

I have done the requirements to 'solve' this problem but no success.
(reset router, wired to wireless, DNS adjustment 1st DNS 8.8.8.8 2nd DNS 8.8.4.4)

The thing I could yet do is to set up a VPN network, but why should I? I have paid for my internet provider and I do not wish to be excluded from playing the game I have also PAID subscription for.

If this is a secretive attempt to have the DDoS attackers limit their gateways by sacrificing us.. it would be a very bold move.

I hope this is resolved within a couple of days.
