Where is the earliest gear vendor in stormblood?

Looking to get some simple gear for level 60 miner in stormblood.

It'll be lvl 61 at Kugane for example. Not lvl 60.

Actually just checked in game and there is level 255 level 60 gear in Castrum Oriens at the mender guy, he sells gear as well.

Castrum Oriens sells 255 gear which is the very first outpost in stormblood...before you even get to Rhalger's reach

For lv 60 miner you have to get the miner gear in Idyllshire with the scripts.
In SB area the lowest miner gear is for level 61 (ilevel 180)

Can easily reach 70 as miner or Botanist with the i200 set from idyllshire. I do not know w the lowest stat reqs for the collectibles in the fringe, but you can fairly safely wait for level 70 to get new gear if you have the stats for them.

I just went out and mined stuff with my crap ilvl whatever gear i got at level 57. didn't take long to get to 61, and upgraded everything at that point. Far easier then farming scrips to get 60 gear only to replace it a few levels later. it took me about 30m with my lvl 57 gear to get 60-61. easy peasy.
