I'd have zero lilies afterwards since Cure II can't proc a fourth lily and I used it before freeing up space with Asylum. Excellent. Lilies ignored, mission accomplished. However, should I notice my full lily meter, I would cast Asylum first, then top off the tank with Cure II. I'd gain one lily from that (proper) sequencing of abilities. Why is that one lily important? Because I'd then have the prerequisite requirements for Divine Benison, which I could immediately cast to give myself even more time to DPS.
