pre orders items

instead of thread #3238102931293 complaining about the expansons launch just thought i'd do something friendly and let everyone know mainly those that cant login due to work or whatnot that the pre order items have been sent out

still no CE items yet though

Aren't those items supposed to be delivered only on June 20?

thats what people keep saying but i just got my pre order items on all my characters, havent gotten my registration code yet so no CE items

Some people are luckily getting their things today, which is weird, but the items will officially be distributed tomorrow during the official launch so just sit tight : )

I think it might be because those are two different codes. So by tomorrow you might be getting your CE items, unless it's just a server delay and it was schedule for today. But if i recall on the Lodestone there's a thread about early access and registration codes that mention June 20.

I'd recommend people go to the moogle and hit the request button - I didn't actually automatically get a mail with my pre-order items, but out of curiosity I clicked that and they got sent to me. So may not be an automated thing right now, who knows.

Some people have gotten their CE items early. Seems to be steam/pc players, as I haven't heard word of a single console player getting them, myself included.

I have received my pre-order items (minion/earrings). I didn't order the CE, so I can't comment on that.

Today I saw red mage as minion from one player.

Found a solution (for ps4 players at least). Completely shut down the program, it will auto update to CE once you boot it back up and log in again. Simply logging out to title will not activate it. You -have- to shut it all down and log back in through the launcher. That's what did it for me

I'm on PS4 and I got mine this morning.

I received my RDM minion and earrings today and even saw the waiting mail indicator. Still haven't received my game code though.

I can confirm at least on PS4 that pre-order items and collectors Edition items are being sent out.

Maybe its ppl with steam that are getting the items?

yeah but for us who got it from SE store for pc we still have not got ours

So I bought the Collector's Edition on the PS4 PSN Store Digital I have already received my Ala Mhigan Earrings and Wind-Up Red Mage but I haven't received my other 2 items the Syldra Mount and Chicken Knife.

Weird PS4 got early. PC late on 20th.

I'm PC :(

PC Digital CE and only pre-order items so far. Not the CE yet ones. In my account it says I have SB early access but SB section says "buy"....

Same. Sent a message to customer support to see if this was some kind of error or if it will be updated to the circle tomorrow.

I've added the pre-order code, the early access code, and my CC was billed on the 9th, so everything should be in order.

same i got an email telling me i was billed too email had EA code but no game code

I too have my pre-order items and I saw someone swim by on Nessie earlier and it kind of got me worried.. I got an e-mail warning me I was going to be billed weeks ago but nothing after that. Am I to expect the full game code tomorrow then?
