remember to enter your registration codes

Even if your on early access you need to enter your expansion code or you will lose access to stormblood on june 23rd when early access ends, just a heads up.

Ordered from the SE store and sadly haven't received an email with the actual retail (non-early access) 20 digit code yet :( Hopefully will come soon since the ability to redeem it went live about an hour ago!

If you buy in PSN, do you need a code? Because I don't have any.

I'm not sure what's going on with my codes. I got the early access code which I assume was the 18 digit code, but it tells me that the 20 digit code that I also got (which I assume was the actual preorder code) was already redeemed, but on Mog Station it tells me that I only have Early Access but not continued access into the full expansion. Then again, the 18 digit code did lead to the 20 digit code too.

If I had to guess, I probably already redeemed everything when I first got them back in Feburary and don't remember all the exact details. If it counts, I also ordered directly from the SE store.

When I enter my code, it's telling me "The entered code has already been registered." It's not the preorder code, it's the actual SB code. Is anyone else having this issue? I really don't want to have to drop another 60 bucks for a code that actually works.

Humble bundle, yet to get my "SB" key.

You mean the 20 digit code you got by redeeming the early access code on that specific site?
If so I too tried to use that same code again and I get the same message.

Their tutorials don't cover the case of early access digital codes already having been redeemed.

Yep, that's the one. Though I'm thinking maybe I just forgot and that's only the early access code, and I have yet to actually receive my game code from the SE store. It's been a while and I'm forgetful. x_x

I know the only code I've received was the one I was sent when I ordered back in February. I entered it at the time I received it and have early access. It seems pretty stupid to me that we aren't automatically rolled over to the GA product on the 20th since we've paid for it and SE knows we've paid for it.

After reading the info on lodestone, it suggests they are to send us the code via email. The se store seems to not have done so yet. They could be waiting to do so until release date instead of earlier.

Your square enix account you used to purchase should have the Proper code by tomorrow as well.

If it does not and/or we do not get our emails.... well then we have to go widespread email se on doing another bad thing...

Anyone who's ordered from the store actually had their copy shipped yet? I made a thread about this yesterday but it didn't gain much response. I'm sitting here with no "we have shipped your order" email, no registration code etc, they have my money what is taking them so long. I even emailed support and have had nothing in response.

Stormblood's official launch date is the 20th, correct? So I wouldn't stress too much if it doesn't show up before tomorrow.

Glad i'm not the only one having this issue, i thought i just got completely screwed over

I already have my code from Steam but it doesn't work yet? Not sure why.

No release code for me yet; only EA code. I expect my release code tomorrow.

I'm getting that same issue, I really hope we get mails about it (with the code) soon :s

1) If you have Early Access, it lasts until the 23rd. Meaning, you have three days of leniency.

2) If you bought the game from Square's site, right now you should only have the EA code, nothing more. Granted I am at work, but upon checking last night there was no Stormblood code.

3) Most sites will give you the code the day of the expansion. Just wait then, I'm sure you will get it.

Anyone else bought from PSN store? How is the proceding?

I do remember someone telling me when they bought the digital expansion via the SE store, the early access code when applied, it automatically upgraded their account to the full one on the official release date.

Haven't got mine yet, gonna keep an eye on this thread.

Actually just looked on the product page (PS4 standard) and it doesn't mention if it's digital or physical, I mean I assume it's physical (maybe I'm just being dumb).

Would like to say if you ordered from SE Store, login and view your orders, you should find your unlock code to apply in the Mogstation for the expansion. At least I was able to being NA and PC.

Just tried this, can confirm this worked for me as well.

I got my code from greenman gaming tonight. Applied it and got my CE items. On their website they said all codes have been sent out so if you haven't gotten yours ( from them) to let them know.

I did this just now, it had worked successfully.

I'm on ps4 early access, I think no need for the code, I notice when I log in yesterday I was re directed to SE link again to verify my account, I'm not sure but I think that is for official launch of the game.

I'd like to enter it. If SE had gave me one. Dunno what they're waiting for to send code to all pre-order.

Se just drives me crazy with all those codes you have to enter to another website to get another etc....Gez, why do you need to make it that complicated ? ^^"

Go back to your order on the SE website, normaly the code you used to get the pre access code changed, you have to enter that new code on the mog station

The way the SE store handles codes is so pointlessly convoluted and has been for at least the entirety of 14's lifespan.

I'm having the exact same issue. Showing that I have Early Access but saying that I still need to buy SB. I've tried registering the 20 digit code again but coming up as already registered. Little bit worried I won't be able to carry on playing and will have to buy it again :( Glad I'm not the only one having this issue though - obviously not glad you're having problems, but at least I'm not on my own!

But that makes this complete key thing a charade:
1. You buy SB early access for the full price of the expansions and you receive a 18 digit code.
2. You have to redeem said 18 digit code on a specific site to get a 20 digit code.
3. You have to register said 20 digit code on your account to get SB early access - but that code only enables you to play early access and not automatically grants you full expansion access.
4. You have to wait for another 20 digit code mailed to you by your seller which is the "full" SB expansion key which you have to redeem to continue having access to SB.
5. SE's own FAQs utterly fail as they completely omit the case of early access digital versions and how they have to wait for another key.

I just got my code from SE store. The code on my order page changed from the Early Access code to the Registration code and I entered it on the Mog Station and it worked.

If you ordered from SE store check your order page for your code.

Have my physical PS4 order, redeemed the code on the psn store, says it's successful, launch and log into ffxiv, no prompt to link account with stormblood (weird) check PS4 services list, stormblood expansion not listed, check mogstation says I don't own stormblood. Why is this so hard t-t!!?
