Are our issues not getting back to them?

We have heard no word since early Friday about the MSQ problems.

Do they even know? Are they working on it?

Please update us!!!!!!!!!!!

All we heard is about login problems, that's not thew issue. Please address the instanced battle issues.

They have abandoned you. They need more armchair developers to help them fix the problem. Quick! Pitch a terribly not thought out idea that in your mind will make everything work. Go!

Its vague and not particularly helpful but it has definately been acknowledged. Ultimately this isn't a bug that can be fixed with a patch, so there isn't much that the dev team can say.

What do you expect them to say? They can't just magic a new server out of thin air. They have said they are aware of the problem are doing everything they can to fix it, and until they have a solution they can only repeat that sentiment over and over again.

So if they can't fix it what are they gonna do?

Apparently locking out like 95% of the players from msq is acceptable. Helping the 5% is more important.

The only difference is that while the 95% stuck on Raubahn are able to do other things, that 5% are unable to access their characters at all.

But if you scroll through the JP forums, none of this is mentioned. They are fine, JP servers are fine. Because of that, SE thinks all is well and isn't doing anything for us in NA or EU.

Didn't it only just get fixed on the Elemental servers like... yesterday? I mean, I imagine they could time it so all the servers were fixed at once, but seems like a pain in the arse. Easier to at least see that the fixes work in one place, then roll it out to the rest of us.

Now they actually have to do the rolling out part of it.

I'm sorry no. They fixed the JP, cause that's all they care about. Us NA and EU will have to wait till the larger fixes later on. We are the red-headed step-children of FFXIV.
