People who woke up early excited for the early access are going to bed. The MSQ can't be progressed for the VAST majority of players. Even Duty Finder is starting to crash. Just take the servers down please and fix things overnight. :(

I agree, this is the best possible solution for SE. They can recompense pre-order players with 5 days added to their subscription, since it's highly unlikely that they will make available server transfers during EA. They need to focus on bracing themselves for official launch of the expansion. It's not like Blizzard didn't go through this with WotLK, so I'm kind of annoyed that SE didn't prepare as well as they should, considering that they never once made beta testing available (or server stress test). I think they need to in the future, if the success of the game continues to grow.
Well problem solved if people are going to bed as you've stated. At least that makes the queue time much shorter ;)
I do hope that I can wake up tomorrow to see these issues fixed.
'Cause as of right now, I can't really access any of the stormblood content that I paid for. :(
SE needs to remove this damn instance fight from the game so people won't clog up the server, and they need to do it now rather than hope it gets better.
There should have been emergency maintenance as soon as the issues persisted for more than a few hours. In roughly five hours it'll officially have been an entire day since early access began. It's also now the weekend so no matter the hour of the day it's likely going to be chaotic on every datacentre.
Eventually their stamina will give out and they will fall asleep at the keyboard or something.
*sigh* People act like Stormblood won't be a thing tomorrow and that they MUST get stuff done NOW.
I can understand being upset at missing something like daily Beast Tribes or something (I know I would be), or missing out on the daily Roulette bonuses (esp with being able to get XP again!) but seriously, moaning around because you can't get Level 60 on SAM or RDM by the end of the weekend? *sigh*
What the frick is the huge hurry, anyways?
This has gone beyond frustrating today as I wait for a queue to log in, get DC'd 20 minutes later, wait in queue of 500 to get back in only to be dc'd 30 minutes later, wait in duty finder for 45 minutes on a 16 minute average wait, when queue pops, I hit accept, and you guessed it, booted, followed by a queue of 1000 only to get dc'd when it's my turn to log in. This isn't just me either as I have been watching the little red DC symbol hitting people left and right when I have been able to be on, and hearing other people say the same; this is ridiculous.
This is something I'd expect from a newer company that has far less experience, how on earth did this happen SE?
