One of my characters getting an Error

I was playing SB and after defeating the Primal I got the error https://imgur.com/gallery/MZbu0
-I cannot access this character from multiple computers
-My partner is at the same spot and his character works on my computer
-All my other characters are working

Still unable to get in


I finally just got a response saying from in game telling me to use the site......
I sent my ticket from the site first.

I got the same Error but with different numbers.It happen after finishing the MSQ LVl 63 8man duty.

Support team brought me back to Uldah and I was able to log in ! Good job SE !

I have the exact same problem and it also happened after defeating the primal, so I can only assume its an server-side error.

I tried sending a ticket from another character, but so far nothing.

How did you get in contact with them? I sent a ticket in and out of the game 5-6 hours ago with no response.

They sold me to send a ticket from their site.... which I already did

I need back to ul'da T-T. I'm teleport to lavander and got this error.

Time: approx.2 hours ago ago
Frequency: permanent
World name: Zodiark
Character name: Aislinn Carmine
Class/Level: BRD 63
Area and coordinates: The Pool of Tribute/The Ruby Sea(4.5, 22.7)
Steps:
1. complete The Pool of Tribute
2. Use the Instance Exit
3. Opened chat box to type, computer crashed.
4. Unable to access my character but can log on alts. Have submitted a ticket but, looking at this thread, am not holding breath.

Same issue here, getting really frustrating.
