Beat Cold Steel

Then shortly after there is another personal duty we are all hosed up on again. Great design.

The second duty was empty earlier this afternoon for me. Is it crazy at the moment?

I had np moving on.

Probably because more people are beating this one due to the dcs so it's creating another bottleneck at the next set of duties.

I think we need a t-shirt for this moment. Remember this one from ARR EA?

Yes a ton of us got through the first one now it's the same issue for the second one. This one seems to disconnect to a large login queue often as an added bonus.

At this point the servers are unstable enough that I queue into it and get disconnected every time, then have to wait to get back into it only to be disconnected the next time I click. Far more time consuming and frustrating than Cold Steel with it's endless 'Event Errors'.

If you clear Cold Steel, you can progress about another 30 mins until a point you have to talk to Pippin and watch some long CSes. After the 1st CS, you are dumped to the lobby and then likely either in a 1000+ queue to get back on, or lobby connection fails and you are dropped to desktop.

It's just a cs or it's tied to an instance too?

It's actually ALL instances, not just the one. People trying to get into POTD or other instanced fights, they start to load in and get 90002 then at times get a random 2002 in the Lobby. It's not just the one, it's most right now.

I think it's an instance after the cutscene because that's where you drop out at. It tells you it will be many cutscene and to take time for it. I'm really starting to develope hate for the way they set this up.

Getting the same error message with the instanced duty after Cold Steel. It's terrible. This is going to be everyone's strongest memory and first impressions of the expansion, definitely not a good way to start.

I gave up with the second duty after two dc and 1800+ que. So I que for duty finder instead for exp. Dcing like mad. So the last resort fates, if I can get back in anyway. Sigh.

Does no one remember how bad it was with 2.0...

What gets me is you'd think you've got to wait less time since there are still people stuck on Cold Steel.

Why does 2.0 matter?

It's going to happen on every solo instance, if this keeps up. A giant mob manage to get through 1 MSA and clogs the next one. Then I go on the forums and see the next one thread about the next MSQ not working. Slowly moving along in the MSQ how relaxing.

It's only going to get worse, I fear. It's the weekend now - so more people will be free to log online throughout the day (and night) as they won't have work to deal with.

I've been at this for a segmented hour i had to work in between and I'm still unable to get in im also on a lower population server
