My Heavensward Preorder Bonus not in

Hi guys,

I left the game before Heavensward and rejoined last week but I saw that my preorder bonus items are not in my mail. I emailed Square Enix about this and have yet to get a reply. Could someone help me with this? I believed I have the code in my email.

The preorder bonuses aren't even in the game yet.

We get them on June 20th at the start of main actual launch.

you checked the mogry-station if you even register the preorder-code for the items?

I can't remember to be honest... and it's ridiculous that now that I tried entering it doesn't work! Is there a way to fix this?

If you are talking about Heavensward, your preorder bonus codes may be expired by the time. Perhaps the support can help you.
For Stormblood the preorder items will be sent out on the 20th June.

If you have only the preorder code from the order confirmation, you will probably not be able to redeem them, because the site for that may be no longer online. In this case the support desk will be your only chance to redeem this code.

If you have the actual code for the items you should be able just to enter it in the mogstation.

Check your emails for the code, log into the mog station, click on enter item code (not the early access one since that's stormblood only), after that log into the game, click the resend button on the bottom of the post moogle. Within a couple of minutes you should be getting the items, however if your mail box is full, or you have at least 10 I believe it was envelopes from SE itself (veteran items, mog station purchases etc) it won't get through. Clear your mail box first. If you can't find that code anymore, you are probably out of luck, unless support somehow is able to verify your 2 year old purchase, if it's not current. GL

I have the code but i can't entered it via mogstation... according to Legion88, there seems to be an expiry date on this... Don't think it's fair if thats the case. And support hasn't gotten back to me since the email i have sent a week ago.

I am almost 100% sure, along with Legion88's post, that it tells you directly on it that preorder bonus items DO have an expiration date when you purchase them. Usually it is the end of the year the expansion was released.

Just want to point out that it is the code that you use to redeem the pre-order code for the mog station that expires. The codes that are for the mog station should not have expired as the same system is used for the actual game itself.

I know the old site use to have a way to find old codes you redeemed, but the new one does not work for me as it only shows SB. So, I am not sure what you can do for that.

Most item codes will expire. This happened to me when I bought heavensward well after release. The game came with (2) cards with codes that could be redeemed for items, but the date listed had passed, so yes, I'm pretty sure it's expired and your only hope would be to go through SE support and maybe they can help you.

You like a couple years late for redeeming your HW rewards if I remember correctly those expired on December 31st 2015. It all about Stormblood pre-code stuff now.
