Would I get mounts "war panther" and "unicorn"
When I change character back job MNK, I can't use DRK's or CNJ mount, really?

What Arutan said. I'm going to back him up. I have the Unicorn, War Panther, Warlion, and Warbear. I can use any of those mounts on Scholar for example. So you will be fine. Once unlocked it is yours for any class/job.

People say job's mounts help more tanks or healers. I can understand.
But myself and dps players would get "jealous". They haven't mounts for DPS.

Reason I don't want to play a tank or healer. I'm afraid people abuse me if I failed tank/healer. -

You need to play DRK enough to earn the War Panther mount. Once you have earned the mount, you can ride the mount on any job or class you like.
As people have said, tanks have special mounts because SE wants more people to play tank.
CNJ has a special mount because in the early days of the game, CNJ was the only healer available (SCH was in the game, but players needed to level ACN, a DPS job, to 30 before they could unlock it). SE wanted more people to play healer, to make sure there was enough healers. -

You will need to tank 200 full party duties as a DRK for the War Panther, but after that, you can ride it as MNK, as any class.
And you don't really need to worry about tanking for real. If you want the mount without actually having to tank anything, you can join any of the many "tank mount farm" parties in the cross-world party finder and just do something like... Garuda Ex 200 times... It will be very boring, but especially with new Stormblood gear coming and making people ridiculously strong, there's zero chance you'd have to actually tank anything.
