IF I use a phrase, I'm gonna go with something like "Pay attention to mechanics, get out of AoE". So I can spam the phrase even if Rescue is on Cd...

Oh, get over yourself. Everyone needs something to lighten the mood after a wipe or tough encounter. As long as the skill isn't spammed who really cares?

Anyways, I'd like to use any of the three phrases below. I won't have them macroed to the spell. After all, who enjoys phrase spam? *points above*

I'll have them on my emotes and sayings action bar and use them whenever I feel folks need a laugh.
