so I pre ordered storm blood over the weekend from SE EU Store and tried to validate the 18 digit code I was sent on the redeem site but keep getting an invalid code error now I have emailed store support so far no reply now I'm just wondering if there is anything else I might be able to do?

I'm not sure if EU store does thing differently but I preorded mine from NA store and got activation code a few minutes later which I then redeemed at Stormblood's site (not mogstation), then it allowed me to choose which platform to redeem the code on (PS4, PC, MAC). Then I redeemed the code I got on mogstation and now I have Stormblood's early access bonus shown on my list.
That's weird, they haven't took mine either, but I can still redeem the code.Quote:

yeah the eu is the same accept when I try to redeem my code on the stormblood redeem site it tells me my code is invalid but thinking about it now maybe that is because they haven't actually took my money yet and wont till a few days before release

Make sure you're putting the code in the correct place. I made an error when first trying to redeem mine, make sure to put it in the "Redeem Preorder Code" box not the "Enter Item Code Box".

I know for NA if you have a "steam" license and you preorder off of official SE store it wont allow your steam account early access unless you actually preordered from steam not sure if this is what's causing the issue just sharing my experiances.

My brother bought both of our games off the website called Greenmangaming, his account went through with the register code they gave him, but my pre-access code didn't work.
Then i realized i had the steam version of the game installed and he didn't, so i was wondering if i can somehow get a new code for steam version or have it automatically added in, he spent money on the game and already registered the code, it just gave me the wrong version of the pre acess code HE had no clue we needed to go through steam for my version. It guess it warns you on the redeeming website on the steam thingy? However that wouldn't have stopped my brother from purchasing the game through the source that he did. Doesn't make a lot of sense to make registering a game this complicated and having two seperate versions of windows when most third party websites don't even tell you about the steam requirements. We had no clue, we were sure we were gonna use mogstation to register everything like his version of the game. -

I purchased the game on SE, no I do not have the steam version. I have done the following:
* I went on the code redemption website and entered the code, I tried copy and paste, case sensitivity, and even " - " but nothing worked it kept saying code was invalid.
*I tried entering it manually and even had my girlfriend give it a try and it did not work.
I am not sure what else to do, I cant redeem the game or get an early access code, has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you resolve the problem?
