Red Mage. Can't do the form since it wants me to sign into google, and forget that.

Undecided as off right now, I have decided that its time to quit being a healer and I will level both SAM and RDM to level 60, then decided which dps class, I will be playing.

I plan to stick with Summoner unless the DPS queues are abysmal. If that happens I'll switch to Scholar.

Paladin. Then sell off my queue services for dungeon runs.

Though I main both SCH and MNK, and I'll do the same in SB.

I'm going to give red mage a shot. I loved archer, some of the bard stuff is annoying. Machinist turrets? Just wanted machinist sniper. Black Mage is a bit static. So, we'll see how it goes. Probably end up back at Bard. lol!

Paladin/DK and Monk/Samurai.

I think i'm going to wait for the datamine to figure that out. While i doubt i'll be able to get samurai immediately, i'm definitely going as a job that uses swords.

I have no idea.

It will depend on how jobs play at level 70. Heavensward pushed me towards healing because my dps jobs became convoluted juggling acts. And even then, i couldn't decide on which healer. Scholar, despite being my first, has been on the backburner for the entire expansion. So it's really between WHM and AST. I appreciate the robust healing kit of WHM, but it constantly gets overshadowed by the utility ast brings. If WHM gets some useful utility, it'll probably sell me. If AST gets more varied healing spells in their toolkit, it'll probably sell me.

I couldn't decide really between the two in this expansion, because they're so similar gameplay-wise, aside from the cards. Scholar was different enough, but as i like to DPS and heal, i left it behind, because i can't stand dotting (in this game, the GCD really kills me with dot based jobs)

BLM, SMN, or SCH could also easily come back to take the spot if their changes bring more fun into their gameplay.

There's also RDM and SAM, but i feel like they're probably both going to be another one of those "press the pretty light up buttons in sequence" dps.

Unless SE majorly reworks it into the "I hate FFXIV's Summoner" camp's dream job, probably summoner, same as in ARR and HW. I'm definitely going to give SAM and RDM a try, but I'd like to see how all the classes work in SB before deciding.

I will probably main dark knight until the queue times go back to normal then I will pick up dps classes

PLD for most things, SCH probably for raiding. I like to have one of each type at max level and reasonably well geared, so probably going PLD/SCH/MCH or BLM depending on how they both play at 70. I want to play RDM but that'll come later, and it'd have to be amazing to knock my current top dps classes off the pedestal.

Machinist <3 There are very few of us out there already.

Samurai as my main dps and Dark Knight as my go-to tank.

Why not just use strawpoll so everyone can see the results live? I never reply to these when only the person who makes it gets to see the results and it's up to them whether or not they want to share. So I'll pass on that.

Switching from SMN to RDM. I would love SMN more if we had more primal options like in XI. And I like the rapier and crystal medium.

Good old Paladin. I love the Sword and Shield combo far too much.

BRD for my main most likely, and I will also have to get a max lvl tank and healer.

I'll either continue as AST or switch to WHM, depending on how the job updates go.

I always have class of each role (Tank, Healer, DPS) available. Right now my "Trinity" consists of Paladin, White Mage and Bard. I'm hoping that Red Mage will replace my Bard as preferred DPS job. But, i will level all jobs to 70 anyway. (^_^ )

As it stands, my Main Job will still be the Paladin.

Been a BLM main in 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and unless they seriously make BLM completly broken and unfun to play, ill be a BLM in 4.0 too ;)

Nearly 3k responses! Can't wait to post the results, will probably happen this weekend with graphs like which class gained the most new players, which class lost the most players and percentage DPS/Healer/Tanks

lol, but in all seriousness, I'll be sticking with SMN. :3 Unless I can get over my anxiety enough to switch to AST (which is really fun, but I'm bad at healing X3 ).
