We are a welcoming gaming community that supports guild members from a variety of unique backgrounds and places in the world. Most of our members are in their late 20's to early 50's and we play on the Midgardsormr server.We are a casual guild that has multiple raid teams and also run content with people who don't currently have a raid team (we call it casual raid, this is a place where players can catch up on content or learn content in a relaxed guild setting).

We are actively recruiting, and no, you don't have to be a raider. We understand that you have a real life too! All we ask is that you abide by our charter, be at least 18 and have fun! As a member of our guild, you gain the benefits of being a member of a multi-gaming guild that has been in existence for 18 years!

Current raid start time window 6:00-6:30 pm PST / 7:00-7:30 MST / 9:00-9:30 EST. Expect the raid to go for 2 hours.
Days: WED/THU, with an optional casual third day on the weekends if people show interest. *Times could adjust for player needs.

Experience needed:
None! This is not saying people should come completely unprepared though. There are many resources online which provide easy to understand breakdowns of all the fights and watching a video or reading a guide before the first raid is highly suggested. That being said, this will not be a raid that will shame people for messing up on mechanics (we will all mess up at some point) but a raid for people to learn, have fun and accomplish challenging content together.

Great FC, lots of welcoming and helping members. Been part of this gaming community for more than 3 years now. Once you join Grievance, you will never be looking for another place to go. I promise this will be the best gaming experience you will ever have :)

I joined Grievance a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier to have paid the cost to transfer over from Siren to join them. Every single person in this FC has been a blast to play with. And the fun events that are put on are fantastic. I have been playing MMO's for 15 years now and Grievance is the nicest, most welcoming FC/Guild/Clan/Whatever I have ever found. I may have joined looking for a FC, but I have found a home with Grievance.

Quite busy in the evenings with 15-20 people on regularly (even more so on raid nights). Theres usually 5-10 during daytime hours, but overnight hours are pretty quiet since a lot of our members are 8-5 working adults. Alot of us hangout in TS while playing, but its not a requirement unless you are raiding. Let me know if you have any additional questions! This FC is great and very welcoming.

They really try to help you out as long as you're willing and pro-active.

One of the first things they did was help me figure out what I needed to do to get caught up at level 70 as well as put together a nice recruitment meeting to ease me into the FC.

Definitely recommend them as a great find!

I'm also interested, but I'm quite invested in my current FC. My only grievance with them is that they don't raid, and all the members that did have left for their statics. Would it be possible to hang around your discord server to get a feel for if it'll be a good fit?

That's a good question - and the first time i've had that one in particular. You would have to at least register on our site and put in an application in the FFXIV section... that way we could get to know you as well. Also, we keep our discord pretty private, and it is tied to the registration process in order to gain access to our Discord (i hope the way explained that made sense, if not seek me out in game). It wouldnt be the same experience as being in both the fc and discord, but you'd get an idea before fully making a possible switch.
