Found a guy with a nimbus cloud mount in NA server Mateus, pretty interesting! >.<

It's not like someone with a JP account, possibly from JP can play on the NA servers.
Just as I don't have alts on JP servers eventhough I'm from EU. :rolleyes:

It was that way with the maid outfits as well before they came to NA. There was a bunch of them running around on Balmung before it came overseas.

I don't really get where you going here? That type of stuff is linked to your account region not the server you play on.

Why? They're available to Japanese accounts via a promotion with 7-Eleven (same as last time). NA & EU don't have the promotion, yet.

Meh... I'm pretty let down by the way this regional campaign thing is being handled all over again, but seeing people use the mount in game isn't nearly as bad as last year with all the level 1 characters standing around afk in maid and butler outfits. It takes too much effort to get a character up to the level and point in the MSQ where you gain access to mounts, so it's obvious that he's just naturally playing the game and I don't blame him for wanting to enjoy something he has access to. I'd use it if I had access to it. I'm glad that this time around it's the mount that's so popular as opposed to the glamour set, because its nice to not feel like the player who has it is on your server just to try and taunt you with it.

I can't wait to get this over here. I have no game, toon, or RP reason to have this cloud. But as a kid my granddad would tell me the story of the naughty monkey who came from the mountain of fruit and flowers. I want to ride it and remember a better time in my life.

Hyperion has been home to many back in 1.0. Few remain but they're there!

I can't wait to get my own.

Yea we will be getting it eventually most likely during the expansion, I just hope it doesn't become an Amazon promotional DLC like the maid/butler. Tho I was lucky enough to buy them on Ebay for like $11
Honestly I don't know why SE doesn't put these DLC in Mooglestore I mean that would be more profit for them. They are making a killing with the dying emote alone.......

They would get more money if they put them to merchandises or some of their games (example: buy a first print of FF XII Remaster and get a mount for FF XIV).

First time i ever saw the cloud mount was today and i want one >_<

I also saw people with maid outfits and always wondered how people got them...im still not sure but the UK never gets promotions for this kind of thing. Maybe one day we will.

NA players as of today can start getting this mount (Flying Cumulus) via the Amazon DLC promo (the same one the maid outfits had for NA). EU will have to keep waiting as per usual, though I hope you guys at least won't have to buy a magazine or submit a selfie this time... The stricter laws probably don't help either.

You have an EU region account? That explains it. Cause the campaigns are region locked. Pretty sure you can expect it in may to happen.
I don't know anything. Just speculating from the timespans and announcements.

Afaik NA instantly hit after JP campaign ended. So here's hoping we get it after NA ends. (8th may)

Though many regions (including the first announced, UK) didn't actually get the costumes or mount until September. The whole of General Discussion is filled with individual threads about the giveaway at the moment. It sucks.
