Anima check: (Exit without equipping Animated Berimbau?)

Would'nt it be flippin DANDY if there was a warning before exiting an Anima level 50 dungeon quest? Yeah... That'd be great. /rant off.

A simple visual warning would work I think.

Without quest weapon equipped: Red locked quest icon over dungeon exit. Can still exit just fine but icon is there all the same.

With quest weapon equipped: Normal quest progress icon over exit. Can still exit just fine but icon is there all the same.

Wouldn't take as much time/effort/manpower as adding a new system menu would, but should hopefully still do the job.

And seeing as SE will likely send us through 3.0 dungeons for the 4.0 weapons it's not like the system won't be used again in the future, so it'll be useful to everyone sooner or later.

Edit: While I never had a problem with this, I did solo most of the level 50 dungeons on my own using a higher ilevel weapon. So it is possible to forget about it.

Or just use the weapon through the whole dungeon.

I just keep the weapon equipped for the run. That way I won't forget about it.

That's always an option but for people running the unsynced dungeons using the relic is often not as good as their current best weapon. For example, I'm working on my SCH relic right now and my best weapon is the i255 Soph EX wep. Going from i255 down to i170 is a huge loss in heals and dps and for people speeding through it's better to just use their best weapon and equip the relic before they exit. Provided they remember of course. ;)

I don't think a warning is necessary. If you are running the dungeon specifically for the relic I don't see how you would forget to reequip it so easily but oh well...

I remember back in the day having to run that hydra trial 5 times in a row for a FC member, she constantly would forget to equip that weapon before leaving it. After the 5th run, I logged off because I knew I would just rage lol. I can understand that a window/warning for the old relics or new relic quests would come in handy.

Or just use the weapon or remember to switch. There can only be so much hand holding.

If you can't pay attention enough to even remember the reason why you queued for the dungeon in the first place, then you honestly don't deserve to complete the quest.

I'd rather just not need to equip it at all.

If your job matches an active Relic quest line, it should benefit from the dungeon, equipped or not. Done and done. I understand that there's a bit of a lore benefit to requiring it be equipped, but it's still a really stupid idea.

I agree. More prompting and double-checking and "ARE YOU SURE?" boxes aren't the answer. SE needs to streamline these things wherever possible. Incidentally, one thing that bothers me about the Market Board is the verification prompt that comes up if you attempt to buy an item you can't equip. I wish there was a character / system setting option to disable this behaviour.
