Unusual for them to add echo immediately as the lockout comes off, but I guess it's an end-of-expansion thing.

Maybe now I can finally get my stupid healer and caster chest that never drops.
I hope there's not nerf in any of the runs. Tbh i don't see where they can nerf , the raid it self seems consistent enough to learn.

That's good news. I'll admit, I haven't really bothered with Savage yet since finding a consistent, friendly and like-minded group of people to run it with on Balmung is a major chore. Especially as a DPS.
A9: adds have less hp, especially Faust.
A10: steamroller has less hp.
A11: again, add has less hp, towers have more hp and/or whirlwind doing less damage.
A12: probably remains as they usually keep the last fight of each tier as it is, though it probably has enough they could nerf.

Yeah I think the echo is unnecessary, and they really should have waited to add that until 4.0. This isn't like Coil anymore where you had to complete it to get the story. We have a normal mode now. We already had a gear-catch-up patch if you couldn't clear A11S for twines and gobdips. Non-BiS 270 is obtainable by all players, there was already a "nerf" before this in a sense.
But maybe they were thinking since they are moving it from RF to DF, that if people actually queued solo for it and you didn't get a proper composition, you'd still be able to clear without it being possibly painful. Like if you didn't have maybe Storms Path and INT down for all the magic damage in A12S.
Like they nerfed mind blast back in A6S and A8S because it's completely possible in DF you'd not get a BRD/MCH to silence that thing, which would normally be a wipe.
Finally got my caster chest on our the last A12S lockout. That healer jacket only dropped once out of 20 weeks.
There were some minor nerfs with 3.41. Mainly to be more forgiving if there are deaths. These are the most notable:
A7S:
The duration of High Wire granted to Quickthinx Allthoughts has been reduced from 15 minutes to 30 seconds. (Two or more deaths not as punishing in last phase, not an instant wipe)
A8S:
The potency of Mind Blast used by Blaster has been reduced. (Carryover from A6S)
The range of Drainage used by Waterspout has been reduced. (Carryover from A6S, most sacked the water person to hidden mine so this mostly moot here.)
The potency of the Damage Up effect granted to Brute Justice has been reduced. (J-Kicks surely won't one-shot party anymore if 1-2+ people die during intermissions)
There aren't any job type specific mechanics like there were in midas so there isn't really much of anything to nerf for making it duty finder doable. You can do these fights with all ranged, all melee, all casters, etc. if you wanted.
Yep, no job/skill restrictions or "die X times boss damage becomes impossible to heal" mechanics this savage tier. A bit ho-hum.
