Questions From Playerbase [Thread For Devs!]

Many players have been displeased with the questions asked at the latest Q and A at PAX... many questions were unoriginal or too simple.

However, depending on the amount of support/attention a question/request/content has, it CAN reach Yoshida and his team(P-U, Hempen Styles, Egi Glamours, i280 weapons, Gordias etc). And I believe if we, as a community take the time to create an organized space specifically for questions and not bickering, they may read our questions and make mention of them at a later date


I'd like to start this now and ask if anyone who is interested in posting here, to please keep posts clean and stick to the suggested format below only. Please refrain saying anything that is NOT a question.

Explanation: A lot of people would like this option, and yet it would be optional to play so those who prefer a longer GCD could play other jobs. Will there be improvements on customer service? The last Q and A shown someone having problems with someone getting though support. My friend really wants to speak to someone above the NA call center GMs for an unfair suspension over simply telling someone stop harassing her.

gm's see every bit of info in the chat logs. from my experience no gm unfairly suspends people when being harassed, more so when nicely asking them to stop.
your friend may have been suspended over breaking a tos rule not tied to the situation.

Great idea for a thread. Question to you Magic-Mal, do you intend to compile all questions into the opening post for clarity? I think if this thread becomes popular it would be a good way to avoid duplicate questions and make it easier for SE staff to read.

I don't have a question here, but I want to commend the dev team for their consideration for those of us (like me) who have limited vision, and also those players who struggle with other visual/hearing issues. The game is much more accessible than most and it's so refreshing to see that the development team thinks about those of us who are playing with certain disabilities or other issues.

Eh, I'm not 100% with you here. The ability to ask for a review of a GM call should be in place. GMs are people and people can misread or miss things.

I would be running into privacy issues if I detailed why you are wrong. I also was there seeing it happening. Ill say this though, in this situation they fell short in understanding context.

It is well known they have customer service issues and was even publicly viewed recently in a Q and A. So I am sticking with my question about an appeal process when they drop the ball like this situation.
