So Ill admit as I've said a good bit on these forums I've taken my time so I guess I may have brought this on myself but I dont regret it because its been a super fun journey. So I know they changed anima steps or Ive heard but how much does it knock it down to can you now get more than one leveled to 260 or higher in less than a month or is it still a very long process.
Right now I have three kinna weapons, and Id say I pretty much main three tanks I literally just switch out each per duty so I would really love to be able to get the best weapons for each. So my question is how can I get past the 255 weapon stage I want something better I still have three hw primals to clear, sophia, zur, and nidhogg cause Im not done with dragon song yet.
Cleared the other four with my kinna but I want to be able to do more damage and I know I need a better weapon. Is zur still gona be the easiest currently cause I know shire is on a weekly lock out , and Im wondering how much easier it is for anima now so please help with tips Id like to start pushing towards doing all the content I have left like more savage before storm blood ,etc but I feel like need a better weapon.

The Anima is still long process and grind. They reduce the price of the items for some of the steps on some items but it is still a grind, the Crystal Sand that is needed with the Umbrite wasn't changed, it is still a grind to get those. The light farming step wasn't changed.
Just takes a lot of tomes and time. -

Raid weps / EXTREME Weps or youc an do a relic been nerfed but still a grind. If you have crafting up is very easy if you have airship access. Otherwise craft away or start getting alternate items from raids and suck even leves.

Trust me. you can clear Sophia EASILY with kinna weapon. the weapon is the same ilvl. just has better stats -

The sand is quite easy if you don't mind splashing some cash on the market board. I made a bunch of mine just using old moonstones I had lying around and other junk, whereas I am still desperately finishing off the umbrites now (the end is in sight, and I wish I had saved my lore for the recent patch!)

Zurvan weapon is 265 so that's probably the fastest way to get a better weapon if you can clear it and farm it reliably. Otherwise I'd say start doing A12 weekly and store 1000 tomes in advance. The relic takes much longer to farm unless you are close to the final steps.

I run a small team FC, rank 8 , large, and my FC members get the items from airship expeditions or I craft it for them as long as they get me the seal items for it. 80 sand easy in a week or less by trading gear for CS and really fast. Never hurts to ask for help ^^. So far on fifth working on Umbrite and that is before current nerf. Depending on your FC rep I'm sure they would be willing to help.Quote:

i170 needs 18 crystals. On average, should take about 75-100 FATEs. Average time would be 10-12 hours.
i200 needs 10 dungeons. As a tank, if you unsync the 6 level 50 ones, can be done in a 3-4 hours.
i210 needs unidentifiable items which can be gained in many ways using beast tribes, A1-A4, poetics and lore. May take like 20-30 hours.
i230 needs Aether oils which come from the weekly CT quest or 3500 lore for all 5. Should be like 6-10 hours.
i240 needs umbrites and crystal sands. You need about 11,000 lore and the ability to get the sands. Could be 20-40 hours depending on route take.
i260 needs 50 singing clusters. There is a weekly quest for 10 through leveling roulette and a daily for 1 by running EX, sold for 150 lore. I would estimate 10-15 hours total if ground out.
All told, I think it could take 100 or more hours start to finish. -
