A Volcano in Southern Japan has erupted again after being semi dormant the last few weeks. Many were forced to evacuate from the area.
I'm really Sorry Japan.
I thought I had bad luck. :/

@ yukikaze_yanagi
I'm gonna have to report that message for harassment. Seriously, that was just uncalled for.
Go on, but i don't joke on tragic events
I wasn't joking. I'm seriously concerned though.
I don't see how the OP was being ironic to be honest? I see more sarcasm on a couple replies actually.
Anyway, luckily volcanoes tend to be less catastrophic than earthquakes, and release of pressure from under the crust may actually help the general situation. Of course this doesn't help those who live in the area, but there are some good news, as the earthquake experts have stated that the risk of powerful aftershocks (7 degree or higher) in the next couple days has lowered.

heres the news on the march 13th eruption
the fact it says the volcano is on an island and not in the mainland hopefully means little to no casualties and little repercussions/after effects.
Here's a real link:

In short, the volcano has been relatively active for a couple months. It started erupting back in January, but calmed down a bit at the beginning of this month. So it was already a problem before the current disasters in Japan before erupting again on the 13th.
Still, they fear that the tectonic unrest may make the eruptions worse. Here's hoping it goes back to sleep without causing more problems.
Yeah the japanese people are going through enough..Hopefully everything will be ok.
The live BBC update feed is getting pretty dire sounding the looks of it..
"1844: Mikan in Tokyo writes: "There is a growing sense that the Japanese government is not telling us the true story. On one end, there is the Japanese media that plays down the nuclear drama and focuses on human drama, and at the other, the foreign media is up-playing the nuclear disaster. In my company I heard at least half the essential staff is being sent to Hong Kong, Singapore or even Sydney. I am preparing to leave Tokyo and/or Japan. So are many of my friends. There is a sense of deserting Tokyo as soon as possible.""
Unnerving stuff...
