Can we do something about this?

So can we remove the carebear stuff that is going on with the game right now more then ever its becoming more rampart with players getting suspended over a few things in chat. hell I've been suspended over it.

it also applies to bad players basically being called out for being terrible in the area of the game that frankly speaking they should of already put in enough time into the game and should of developed enough skill and understanding that they should not screw up a large amount of the time but they still do.

for me the whole thing has effected me for a longer time where I can't trust any other player in the game in fear I might say something that triggers the shitty safe space out of touch reality players. I've never had this issue in any other mutiplayer game and recently I've been seeing or hearing more players getting effected with suspensions because of a few words said in chat.

some options would be lighten up on hammers being laid down because of chat. I can understadn banned for a few days because of griefing but because one word is said player will get banned for two days? for calling someone out that is basically allowing bad players to further breed in what they can fuck up for other players in the game. i want this game to stay great and not fall into a pit of terrible players like wow is

There's a difference between trying to help someone to get better and flaming. It sounds like flaming and that's never acceptable; no one is ever supposed to be anyone's punching bag, verbal or physical. Tact is a thing. Meeting people with hostility does nothing or just makes others not even want to see your view, no matter how [in]correct it may be.

It starts off as advice they reply with something rude sometimes but not excessive enough to get suspend or along the line you cant tell me how to play i can play how ever i want, even when they play and wipe, it is at that point many people turn to flaming.

This is not a rare occasion it happens a lot

If one gets suspended, chances are that one broke ToS. Avoid doing that and avoid the suspensions?
You didn't even give an example of what was actually said so it makes this seem suspicious unfortunately.

No one can make a person become a douche. You have the ability to control how you act or react towards troubling situations. Flaming and harassing is not an inevitability. You can easily just choose to not do it. If you decide to be a douche, you should be treated like one.

I've helped plenty of less experienced players improve without losing my cool or getting gruff about it, and I've never been reported or banned.

Maybe you've had strangers whack you upside the head verbally when criticising you on something and you've carried that approach with you, but that approach is neither necessary or apparently welcome in general. I'd save that approach for someone you know/a friend, it's not exactly a good approach as a first impression of yourself to a stranger.

sometimes there are people that cant be helped. like a lvl 51 in ilvl 40 gear in dusk vigil. ffs 115 gear is vendor sold. But I am the bad guy for expecting someone to at least have that. *guy had more 60s than not 60s*

I have my doubts about it being advice, and not aggressively berating them to get better. When these reports happen they don't just ban the other reportee without checking. They check the log and most likely you and these people were in the wrong or went too far. They check that log they see both sides of the conversation and if the guy who reported really did deserve it as you say, the GM would take no action giving an excuse or he'd be banned too.

Practice common tact and treating others as you wish to be treated and you and the others wouldn't have these issues. Also if you find it happening a lot to you you're the common factor not the people reporting you, meaning it is probably you that's the issue.

The thing is they won't tell you what you did, one time I got a "official warning" on my account and the email just quoted a vague reference from the ToS, when I contacted a GM about they would not even tell me what I did. Only after I made a fuss about it was it escalated to a senior GM which still would not tell me what I did but said after them looking at it that they would remove the warning.

I believe you, and they should be specific about the violation when giving these warnings or punishments.
But you actually did something constructive about it. Not blame the system in the public forum with no real detail.
