Who is she?! She's Adorabubble!

She's by Khole. Perhaps her sister? Didn't realize she was here before! But she's so adorabubble!

My friends couldn't see her when I expressed my excitement. Who else can see her and who do you think she is? A teaser for an upcoming patch?

Just another Mi'kitten. I think SE wants to use the models a bit more since they bothered to make them. First one I think was used in the Holloween Event some years back.

She's Khloe's friend that Khloe writes the stories for.

She's been around Idyllshire since before Khloe was around. It's suggested she's an orphan according to the small cut-scene with her and the Carbuncle near the fountain. As well as a FATE in the Hinterlands suggesting 2 Miqo'te mates got killed by the bears. (It's really sad actually...) T-T

And your friends couldn't see her because she's a random NPC that is only loaded client-side and can appear in several places in Idyl.

I noticed her when my fc mate who loves cats lost their damn mind over her. She be very cute though /nod

Well, my Eternal Bond mate (Hinagiku) and I have already filed formal adoption papers for her, so she's our Mi'kitteh.

Yep, I saw her there once about a week ago. She and an elezen girl watch two boys do laps around the plaza where it's paved. They all leave when it's sunset and despawn at the door leading up to the tavern. A couple of friends and I spent the "day" sitting with them and taking screenshots. This is the first time I've seen her with other NPC's, though.

Roegadyn children don't exist.

But yeah, she's been around as long as Idyllshire has (I remember back at HW launch everyone losing their mind over "OMG ADORABLE MIQOTE KITTEN IN IDLESHIRE" :rolleyes:)
As others have said, she's an orphan (most likely the child of the 2 Miqo'te lovers that got killed) and over the course of the patches
1. realized her parents aren't coming back ever
2. withdrew from the main street she originally waited for them at to go cry by herself
3. got cheered up and made friends with the carbuncle the ARC lady near Rowena was searching for
4. presumably also got cheered up by Khloe reading her stories about endless slaughter and blood that we wrote down for her
5. (since this patch) became friends with other children in Idyllshire that she now plays with at the fountain :)

There is actually 3 Miqote children in game. Khloe, her friend and one in Revenant's Toll that appears once you complete the Doman's Adventurers Guild quests with the Doman kids. Poor Revenant's Toll one has been looking to join in the Doman Kids' game of Hide and Seek since 3.0.

Originally she just hung around by Midnight Dew sometimes.

I hope we learn her name eventually.

Also, as someone suggested at the Starlight event, the WoL is a force for good, helping the community and society in general in Eorzea, so we should be doing things like working with orphanages, children's hospitals and refugee camps. We need more of these kinds of opportunities to help the little people instead of always battling the latest and greatest Primal threat.

If you are always fighting the latest and greatest threat, it becomes increasingly difficult to outdo what went before. So perhaps we could balance the world shattering fights with something a lot closer to home?

Wow she's cute.. must pat head like I do to all the lalafells I run by :3...

If they can ever get around to instanced personal housing.. I'd adopt~ xD. WoW's Barracks meets Rift/Wildstar housing. So sad we have house issues in this game, still really want a chocobo ranch or my own Mog Island like FFXI. Hope they can find some way to transition out of what we have in less than a decade :/

(Their current system will NEVER be enough for large servers, unless they have MASSIVE amounts of waste).
