TP materia or TP bonus on gear?

Good day

Would bi nice to have TP material or TP bonus on gear. Some classes and some battles require or non-stop damaging or use of AoE, that cause the fast TP fading. OF course monk, for example, have 2 TP restore skills, but believe me- rather often not enough. Magic classes can use piety material and have piety bonus on gear, why physic classes havnt? I know, that 1000 TP- is something kind of a general mechanic, but I don't see any restriction to make this count bigger with the TP bonus (materia)
----BUT!!! This bonus (if it will be on gear) must not replace one of the 4 bonuses on gear, it must be additional, otherwise the gear will be totally spoiled

Just add an increase to native MP/TP regen in-combat to Spell Speed and Skill Speed imo. Would give those secondaries added value if there was a sustain element to them. Right now they just do the opposite which is one of the reasons they're avoided.

Spell speed is pretty delicious on my BLM.

But you're right, I'd like to see some way to increase TP/MP regen rates through stats and the speed stats are the logical choice. Or maybe some jobs could have procs that can regen some TP/MP on a crit or on a parry. So many possibilities there.

Enhanced Fell Cleave - Whenever you crit with Fell Cleave, drain 100% of enemy's HP/MP/TP.

When SWTOR first came out it's cooldown reduction stat "alacrity" had this issue. It became an undesirable tertiary stat because it exacerbated resource starvation in longer encounters.

Adding a tp/mp regain function to skill/spell speed is a good idea, and I'm kind of baffled SE hasn't done anything for this stat yet.

Yes, I agree, that TP restoration speed can be biuld-in the Skill-speed parameter (and MP restoration in Spell speed). More points in parameter- faster the restoration speed

This would be a dick punch to every Bard and Machinist.
If anything, it would need to be a med, and an expensive one at that.

To be fair with the current raid dps contributions they have, people will still bring those jobs to raids even when there's absolutely no need for tp/mp song/promotion.

I'd rather they revamp TP entirely because it's just not really working as a resource.

They could simply solve the issue by nurfing to the ground AoE cost so that BLM and Summoner stop being aoe god (since they can't really run out of ressource when doing aoe)

Removing TP could also be a thing since it brings nothing interesting to the game right now

Play as BLM, problem solved.

Monks with over 1k sks don't have TP problems

By extension, why only TP?

Add mana (refresh) for casters.
I would kill for faster GP refresh on gathering jobs.
Crafters would go ape-sh*t over materia that gave them extra CP every step.

Your suggestion is a game breaking slippery slope with a 1000 foot drop off.

Actually, why not those things? It would be a significant quality of life increase and are actually good ideas. CP restore during certain steps and GP being restored to full after every node should have been in the game from day 1.

GP and CP are such different systems than TP, I'm not sure a comparison there is reasonable.

As for MP refresh rate, yeah why not. Piety gives you more raw mp but recovery speed is more important and nothing affects that. Give us more support options for restoring TP and MP for party members.
