It's a FFXV reference. One of the characters multiclasses into CUL, and almost every time you discover a new recipe he exclaims this. Often at hilariously inappropriate moments.

Like seeing someone's YouTube video and he suddenly yells it out while everyone is dying left and right to a pack of monsters? Pretty sure he was not faring well either, so that sudden enthusiasm while he's choking on a lung is pretty impressive :x
