No it's this years Halloween mount which SE didn't have ready in time

It's probably gonna be gated behind a horrid achievement, which we shall all do anyway...because the mount is just SO cute.

There are a couple of mobs in this game that sit in chairs like this: Forgall the necromancer in the Weeping City of Mhach, and Strix the librarian in the Great Gubal Library (Hard).

So, no, not a sign of Pandemonium Warden - though it is very likely that Forgall's and Strix's models in this game were adapted from PW and the other Dvergr models from FFXI.

It maybe drop from new raid or dongeons

Or a new quest

...lets just all pray that its not going into the cashshop...

(or did they already confirmed it wouldnt?)

I don't think they've ever introduced a new mount in a patch video and later said it was only on Mogstation. They might show new stuff in live letters or at fan fests that it turn out are for the cash shop, but never in official patch announcements (as far as I know).

If you look at both of their actions, mainly arm movements of course, they are all copied from Dvergrs, so I would assume they are definitely an upgraded model

I haven't run Weeping in a few months, but I sharply recall that his 'chair' is a floating orb with horns coming out of it, nothing at all similar to Strix's chair, except it contains the 'floating' and 'sitting' elements

It's probably a mount reward from the new Feast map.

As much as I want people to PVP more, that would be really shitty. There's already 3 new PVP mounts.

For me it's the reward from Dun Scaith, which replace the minion.

Again 4 days to know how to get it :3

I hope they do recycle the actual Dverga in this game rather than the skeleton, those guys are so scary looking and awesome.
