Hallo lieber Support und liebe Community
Habe vor ca. 1 Monat ein Upgrade von Win 7 zu Win 10 gemacht (also Win 7 SSD geplättet und Win 10 installiert) das Spiel komplett neu installiert als auch alle Treiber auf den neuesten Stand gebracht.
Habe das Spiel im Randlosen Vollbildmodus da ich 2 Monitore benutze über 1 Graka.
Seit ich aber Win 10 habe Friert das Spiel also komplett ein sobald ich per Alt-Tab Befehl oder auch einfach mit der Maus auf ein anderes Programm auf dem 2.ten Bildschirm klicke, meiner Meinung nach komplett zufällig zum einfrieren stürzt das Spiel ab (ab und zu erholt es sich nach dem einfrieren das ich also ohne Probleme weiterspielen kann) jedoch berichten mir andere das ich ein disconnect Zeichen an meinem Namen habe.
Woran kann das denn jetz liegen? Etwa wirklich an Win 10?

Hallo,
Windows 10 ist daran mal nicht schuld, ansonsten hätte ich und hunderte andere ebenfalls Probleme.
Du könntest mal in der Ereignisanzeige (Rechtsklick auf den Startbutton > "Ereignisanzeige") unter "Windows-Protokolle" > "Anwendung" bzw. "System" nach Warnungen / Fehlern (gelb/rote Symbole) suchen, am besten direkt nachdem FFxiv eingefroren ist.
Interessant wäre die "Ereignis-ID" "Quelle" und "Aufgabenkategorie" sowie die Beschreibung.
Ebenso kannst du mal im Startmenü "dxdiag" eingeben und nachschauen ob es irgentwelche Fehler gibt bzw. deine PC Infos hier hochladen, dazu im "dxdiag" auf "Alle Informationen speichern..."
(Enthält deinen Benutzernamen und die Installierten Programme, nur zur info, manche Leute löschen das gerne raus)
Bzw. versuche mal eine andere DirectX version (falls du 11 verwendest, nimm mal die 9er bzw. umgekehrt)
Ps.: Hattest du auch einen Bluescreen im zusammenhang mit dem Problem? (bei Win10 kommt dann ein trauriger ":(" Smiley mit mehr oder weniger Hilfreichen text...) -

Er dürfte eher die DX9 Version verwenden. Den Fehler habe ich schon vor längerer Zeit mal gemeldet.

Ich verwende DX11 seit Heavensward und hab auch schon immer im Randlosen Vollbildmodus gespielt und der Fehler trat früher nicht auf ... würde mich wundern wenn es jetzt an DX11 liegen würde aber mal schauen :o

Hoffe das hilft weiter (am Ende steht ja irgendwas mit "problemsignatur p1: ffxiv_dx11.exe hat directx da schon selbst was dazu notiert?
In der Ereignisanzeige habe ich jetzt nix gefunden was ein zusamenhang mit ffxiv hat, zumindest glaube ich das (und ich bin kenn mich bisschen mit PC's aus^^) -

bei dir scheint aber weitaus mehr abgeschmiert zu sein als nur FFxiv,
- Avira
- Terraria
- Dead By Daylight
und eben auch FFxiv_dx11
Bitte lade mal dein neustes .dmp hoch, das unter:
%systemroot%\LiveKernelReports\win32k.sys
zusätzlich könntest du in der msconfig alle nicht Microsoft Dienste deaktivieren bzw. zumindest die Dienste die seit 1 - 2 Wochen VOR (und nach) dem Problem installiert wurden. -

Ich würde mal den Grafiktreiber neu installieren, am besten erst mit dem Programm DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) entfernen im abgesicherten Modus (schlägt es automatisch vor). Dein installierter ist von 09/16.

Memory corruption? könnte also der RAM schuld sein oder ist etwas anderes gemeint? Bilde mich gerne in jeder Hinsicht weiter was PC's angeht. :D
ich habe jetzt alle genannten Treiber zumindest versucht upzudaten.
Grakatreiber gibts keine neueren außer 09/16 trotzdem habe ich deinstalliert und nochmal neu Graka-Treiber aufgesetzt (vllt bringt es ja was)
Bios ist bereits auf neuestem Stand chipset auch IME lässt sich nicht installieren da mein System nicht kompatibel wäre (vllt weil ich AMD habe oder spielt das keine rolle?)
Netzwertreiber als auch Audio Treiber auf neustem Stand.
Den Tag über versuch ich mal ob ich einen weiteren Absturz bekomme...
EDIT: Jop Freeze weiterhin werde dann später sfc versuchen <.<
Edit2: nach dem SFC scannow (ja hab es als admin ausgeführt) hat keine fehler entdeckt 2 mal gibts denn noch irgendwelche vorschläge oder muss ich mir das antun bis ich mein System verbessere bzw. irgendwann neu aufsetze? -

Die IME war mein Fehler, da du keinen Intel hast entfällt die natürlich.
Ebenfalls könntest du mal bis der Fehler behoben ist deine Grafikkarte wieder in einem Normalen, nicht übertakteten, zustand versetzen.
Wichtig wäre mal sfc /scannow
Danach können wir weiter schauen. -

sfc hab ich 2 mal durchgeführt und hatte kein fehler.
Graka ist bereits wieder im normalzustand und bleibt auch erstmal so (da nicht wirklich eine Besserung bemerkbar war).
Memtest hab ich vor 1 Jahr gemacht ohne fehler ... wird wohl nich schaden den nochmal zu machen X'D
