Depends how they want to do it. Do they want the new mounts to be land and water? Or land, water and air? Alligators could be good for land and water, but would look weird in the air. If all 3... perhaps sharknado?

4-6 Lalafells harnessed dogsled style to pull you across the water as they swim. Mush Lalas! (Also each Lala can be customized to fit the appearance and gear you want them to have.)

But seriously my hope is either a collection of sea serpents or sea turtles (then we can collect the different colours and have the TMNT set).

Seahorses would be neat, but they would look strange on land/flying. I could see stingrays working well.

Well... if its Kirin (''Horse''/Dragon) then what I assume is Suzaku (Bird resembling a Phoenix), it would have to be either a Genbu (Tortoise and/or Serpent) or Byakko (White Tiger) theme?

This would make for the Four Sacred Beasts.

I think sea serpents or sharks that could also fly out of water would be AMAZING.

Yes! Like the Chinese dragons in mythology or like the dragon symbol in ' The Wheel of Time' . In sea or in in the sky, riding that would be amazing;)

Turtles is my guess, to compliment the swimming and diving aspect of gameplay.

I'm going to stab in the dark and say Snakes (which will lead to the wither the blue Dragon or the Turtle & Snake) or cats that lead to a white Tiger.

Snakes or sea serpents and turtles fit a water theme better than cats do, so I think it's going to be Genbu's turn. (But then we should get cats for 5.0.)

As for getting aquatic mounts (no matter what type they pick) to take to the sky, the whole notion of skyfishing has already established that numerous creatures that (if they existed) could only be found in the oceans on Earth, have taken to flying the skies of Hydaelyn. All we need is ones that are large enough to ride and can travel between both.
